It's been said countless times before, but I'll say it again count the ciggies you don't smoke not the ones you do Over 5 months without a ciggie and I would have had one yesterday if there had been any about. Even if I had though, I wouldn't feel bad about it. This is what makes it easy for me, with vaping I feel that I do have the option to smoke, if I want to, it's my choice The best comment on the subject I have ever read.

Good post Karma. I'm still smoking a few most days and I do atually want to stop but I'm not feeling guilty as I look at the 35 a day that I am not smoking rather than the 5 or 6 that I am.

After numerous attempts to give up smoking, I don't want to put that pressure on myself, if you know what I mean. We want to move house, and it means that we will have a far bigger mortgage bill as a result. Given what I used to spend on smoking a month, then giving up was the no brainer to find the extra money. If I spend £50 a month on vaping, then so be it. At least the new house won't smell of smoke

At least the new house won't smell of smoke I am with you on the money saving, it's joyous to know I am giving our glorious goverment less tax, on top of that each day i log into the forum I see my sig as the best reminder ever how well i am doing, now down to 5 cigs as well.
