Joan, are you just looking for the hand to mouth action for now whilst you're feeling poorly? If so, you could use an empty cart on a FLAT battery so it doesn't burn the cart

Or you could just buy some VG & fill your cartomisers with that.

oneday, just today I have felt well enough to try my ecigs again but I have too many tips and juices that are too strong for me tips that are 24mg juices that are 20mg I smoke 0.6 nicotine fags so when I first ordered stuff I didn`t now how strong the 24mg stuff was I have ordered and am waiting for 1 30ml x 18mg cappuccino jiuce from river yum yum (karma got me hooked on cappuccino flavour) karma sent me a coupe of low juice 5ml 1 mellow sunset and 1 toboc d`orange I am going to start at the bottom with the strengths now and mix a few drops of a low with a couple of drops of the 20mg and 18mg and build up from there just need to get some more low strength juices ( not menthol, yuk) I really can`t be so ill again over the last 2 weeks my asthma has been so bad, I lost my appetite and have lost 5lbs (that`s ok, I had it to lose lol )

Joan, sorry to sound a tad mean, but so many folks have tried to help you. However, you don't seem to be reading/taking in our replies to you. I know that starting out can be confusing & that's what we are here for - to help you. But you have to help us & yourself by not ignoring all the advice/help you have been given.
I know that you also started a thread on ECF & members tried to help you there as well. So have you actually tried any mainly VG juices yet or bought some VG from either a chemist or supermarket?

Joan, due to your asthma being so bad, I'm beginning to wonder if stopping smoking using e-cigs is the right route for you. Your asthma obviously causes you great distress and is a very serious health problem so I think that for you to stop smoking you would perhaps be better doing one of the NHS quit smoking programmes! Doing this would mean that your health problems would be managed and monitored and you would be geting proper medical advice. Also this advice would be face to face, which I think would be better for you. E-cigs are a great alternative to smoking but if you have a serious health problem an internet forum isn't really the best place to get advice Please discuss your health issues with a qualified person and explain the steps you've been taking to give up the nasties. I really do think you need more support due to your circumstances than we can offer. Unfortunately, nobody here is medically quallified. I'm hoping you will seek proper advice and if you do you are still more than welcome to come and post about your journey on this forum. There is no right or wrong way to give up smoking, it's just a challenge to find your own personal method.
