Mr GJ..The saga continues!!

Mr GJ and I were both made redundant in 2006, he after 38years service to the company .. we were advised to sign on at our local job centre. Within 2 weeks Mr GJ was working again and swore he would never set foot in a dole office ever again >... Three years later and another redundancy ..... within a week another job ... Then last Tuesday the bad news came again .............. and in true form..... today...... Mr GJ has offered himself..to work for free for two days to convince his next potential Employer just how much he needs to employ him... Now that's a man that wants to work!

Might not come to anything.... but here's hoping....

Sorry about your predicament gjdart, what I always tell myself when hit by spates of trouble is, nothing lasts forever you have to experience the bad to appreciate the good.
Not much help I know but it is something to hold on to.

I spent a lot of time in the "Ferry" when I was younger, my Grandparents retired from Crombie Reservoir (now a park I think) to Forthill Drive, Broughty Ferry. Gran and I would walk to the beach often.. specially if it was raining

Yeah it is a park Yep I know Forthill drive not too far from me The beach is lovely we walk Milo there i love the ferry my family are from here going way back to my great great grandparents Its a lovely little place
