Update: Clearomisers -> Leakomisers?

I have discovered the cause of the leak:

There is a silicon cap that sits over the wick.

• The drip tip when screwed down tightly pushes down on this sealing any gap the wick might have.
  

• When unscrewing the drip tip for a fill, the silicon cap lift slightly, Juice is poured in, and this can lead it to seep into to the centre tube and collect on top of the battery connection.
  

Another cause is that the drip tip does need to be threaded right down and tight or not enough pressure will be applied to the silicon cap and a the seal will not be good enough.

I had a leak, and since it has been leak free I thought I would investigate further - this, I am very confident is the cause of what is happening. Maybe the wicks are a little thinner than before, or maybe I just need to be much more careful and make sure anything that seals, seals!

So, if you have a leaky Vision V3 Clearomiser, check the above with yours, you'll probably find it will solve any leaks you may have, especially the ones where you end up with a big blob on the battery!
