Anyone with a Raptor Tank?

Just been looking at Lavatubes, Penelope's and now Raptors - oh, and Lathes

Any ideas anyone?

I looked at these earlier and my fist thought was it is the same shape as the old milk bottles the milkman used to deliver

Looks like a huge automotive fuse..

Not for me..Will suit peeps who go through a lot of juice through the day..

It is different but I never fancied a attachment that is fatter than the battery..Kind of defeats the purpose of using a thin battery..

...or the old interior light bulbs for cars you used to get.......

Oh, but I quite like the look of it.........someone somewhere must have had a play?

Think about it though, it is quite a slender design, but with good capacity, and very little top ups required during one day, or two days, maybe even three days

Thank you for that sej016 - the threads seem a little dicey, so for that, it's going to be a no no, until the next improved version comes out, shame really as I was going to put money on it

I really don't like the look of these... purely from an aesthetic point of view.

The plinth on an ego would concern me... I tend to get heat build up around the button ring when using skirted clearos... that plinth is going to make that buildup even greater and hold it in longer.

And they are, apparently, talking about releasing bigger (10ml and 15ml) tanks later. But I see they possibly have a few basic things to sort out first.....proving the old adage about never buying version 1 of anything.
