The buttons broken, its pushed right in. I've tried to pop it out but it sounds like the spring behide it has gone

When you shake it, it makes a slight rattling noise as if something broken inside, I think I've buggered it

I lost one of my riva batteries today - I feel your pain, cornflakegirl. Except I think one of my workmates nicked it off me, the loathesome bitch. And it had a clearo attached filled with a nice concoction of mine (grizwalds black cat with a coupla drops of raspberry truffle and a little 666).

But I still have another riva battery and a twist, and a new twist on the way, so maybe my pain doesn't run so deep. Commiserations, babe.
