E Juice for a cold

Yep typical,its the height of summer (sniggers) and I have a blocked nose and a bit of a sore throat,so although I never smoked menthol I believe it can be good as a juice,but is there any juices menthol or others that will get my sinuses working

Any menthol juice is supposed to help when you have a cold so I've heard, never tried it as I don't like menthol, but everyone says it hangs around in an ato forever once you've used it. I suppose that's if you direct drip though ???

Some of the menthols are much stronger than others, the ones I like for airing the tubes are HS Menthol from Vape escape, it's a Murrey Mint type and Mentholyptus (lovely strong one) from many suppliers

Still getting over my cold ..... Don't know if Menthol helped the cold any....it was the only one I could bleddy taste

Cold seems a bit better this morning,a couple nights not sleeping well might have just got the system a bit low,thanks for the advise about arctic honey everyone,I will get some of this along with a few others

Get yourself a tub of menthol crystals from a chemist, about £1.50 and add that to any of your juices (obv not the whole lot or it`ll not only melt the cold symptoms, it`ll melt your head too)
