Really strange, if you leave it for 5 minutes, does it cool down? Yes if I leave it it cools down, but minute I start vaping it goes hot again, cleaned connections, no joy, tried another battery, same thing, its hot from just above window up so nova going hot too. I guess no one else had this prob |

The spring wont cause the top to get hot. I suspect the 510 connector is dirty and causing increased resistance. Clean the connector on the vamo and on the atty, an alcohol wipe is good for this. Not done this, will give it a try, does not look dirty, but will give it a clean anyway see if that works |

Still going hot pressed for 5 seconds left for 5 seconds done a few times When you do that without the atty on, can you check the resistance? It should say 9.9 ohms Yes reading at 9.9 ohms |

I dont think it has been said before, check it is on mode2 as well ie NO2. It can be pretty unpredictable on mode1 (average). Make sure you try a different atty, the way that the coils are wired and connected does leave a bit of scope for a bad/dirty connection. Funny I did check I am on no2 thought I had maybe pressed it while in my hand, but definitely on o2 |

Try testing the vamo without an atomiser, switch on as if vaping a few times and see it gets warm. Still going hot pressed for 5 seconds left for 5 seconds done a few times |

the button on the right hold it in for a few seconds and it will give you the ohms reading of the atty it will have a horse shoe sign above it  2.8 with horseshoe sign |

3.5 watts  what ohms is the atty reading on the vamo What do you mean? Lol I don't have a multi meter But normally vape at 5.0 w and no problems but notoiced vamo was really hot so lowered to 3.5w and every time I vape vamo and nova are really hot to touch |

Hi today have noticed top part of vamo and my vivi nova are really hot, only got vamo on 3.5w and its hot, normally have it higher without it going hot.
Anyone any ideas as to why it's hot, not doing anything any different from normal

Sorry mono, have cut down to 12mg and going downwards hopefully eventually 0mg, but will keep vaping at that for a while as like the flavours, if I have anymore juice for swap or sale will let you know
