I'm not a fan of halogen... Can't see a thing!! I like a bright light. What's wrong with a good old fashioned light bulb?? I stocked up on 100w bulbs, have tonnes in the cupboard 💡😃💡😃 What's wrong with them is the cost to run them. The latest Leds are just as bright at a much lower wattage and therefore running costs. A typical 60w filament lamp can be replaced with a 6W led and the same light output achieved at a tenth of the running cost  No 😱 Greg my mum has those and I kid you not the light is awful. Mind you I live north of the border it's always dark here lol |
