I think it's just that with a lower ohm coil you need more power so drain the battery quicker, you just need batts that can handle however many amps the watts produce, anyhow when it's flat you need to recharge lol

Surely higher resistance, with the same wattage will result in slower battery drain due to lesser amps? it's the amp pull that kills the battery isn't it? If I have it right, according to VapingBad, No. The power watts used is the deciding factor, so a .1ohm at 50 watts drains as much battery power as a .5ohm at 50 watts Now to get the same cloud age with a .1 you would need more watts and that would use more battery power. |

yeah you're right, Paranormal it is, I've just not seen much about them, but better battery access and different finish, apart from that they are the same aren't they? Maybe I'll just add it to the list, i'd be happy with any of them with a c board.

I stumbled across the evolve dna forum, with VB's comments, and got to reading ohm's too low thread, 1, it seems like the board problems are nearly all fixed, and 2, e scribe for iOS will be out soonish, so that's all good, I may soon pick up a Therion 75c and a Therion 166c when that comes available, sounds like a plan to me.
It does seem like they jumped the gun on the 75c board a bit though.

I'm thinking about that one pacman, that may well be the way I go... need both ideally  Seems that there are a few complaints about all the therions though, battery problems, sticky fire buttons etc although maybe that could be said about all mods? they look the dogs dangles that's for sure |

FYI: Bluefish there's a Therion DNA166 in UKV classies (price dropped to £80, incl. black Icon RDA... I think) I know, not sure I liked the covers on it, plus I got worried about the not working with apple stuff thing, that was before I started this thread. |
