Taken from personal injury site: 'If you have bought a product that was faulty and you have been injured in some way though no fault of your own, then you have a very good chance of making a successful claim for personal injury compensation. If you would like to speak to someone with experience in the area of personal injury compensation, related to faulty products and faulty goods compensation, contact the Personal Injury Bureau. Types of Faulty Goods and Products Leading To Injury Claims When you buy a product you expect it to be of a minimum standard of quality. You certainly do not expect it to be faulty. You certainly do not expect it to harm you in some way. When you buy goods, including goods supplied as part of a service, the law gives you certain rights as a consumer. The law says that those goods must be of a satisfactory quality, be fit for the purpose they are sold for, and they should match the description of those products on the packaging.' I`d say banging out a few mods of good quality is fine tbh as long as you are aware

Hmm well as a vendor you should have public liability insurance for such eventuallities (otherwise if things go bad you`ll be liable for all costs). Im not sure about 1 offs or ebay style selling but this may help a bit: reviews.ebay.co.uk/Trading-standards-guide-for-eBay-UK-business-sellers?ugid=10000000001927458Think if you bought something like a battery from a supplier who doesnt have insurance & it injured you you could sue the pants off the and they`d have no protection on their assets at all. Sorry if Im rambling a bit I think electrical stuff is supposed to meet certain standards CE or BS.

One thing I am finding is you can never have too much As long as you have enough for an end-of-the-world scenario

Add insult to injury the bloody woman just walked off without apologising > So after she wrecked your vaping gear, you never even found out what she wanted? Maybe she was an Ego repair specialist offering warranties on your batteries

Placing plastic bottles in an oven sounds like a recipe for disaster, if you want to accelerate the steeping try dropping the sealed bottle into mug of hot water and allowing it to cool to room temperature. You have to be careful as they may warp/melt. May be a good idea to go back to basics and buy some premixes

..still could be the flavourings. Are they branded or just food flavours?
Some flavourings contain oil and/or sugar which could be the cause of the problem. ???

90% Raspberry with a few drops of menthol (the remaining, i.e. 10%). I have a dozen of other flavours, but I didn't have the opportunity to try them out yet. Sorry I should have asked where did you get the flavourings, which brand are they?

Most likely to be clones but you never know..That's the fun in buying Chinese products.. I think I`ll get a mod or one of those 2600mah super batteries on my next upgrade, although tempting it`ll be a waste if theyre junk or doa >
