Lol at Booblay and Ellen, Chloe has a dentastick and her bendy stick (joint aid stick from Sainsbury's) for breakfast, eye bogeys are usually wiped away with damp kitchen roll, but she does lick the cotton wool I'm currently using to clean her eyes if I don't put it straight in the bin.

I've got another two, but they might only apply to me 11. Sex is supposedly better  (can't vouch for that one, we've both been too tired/stressed recently >  ). 12. Our dog currently has conjunctivitis in both eyes, I can't imagine how much worse her eyes would be if we were irritating them with fag smoke too. 13. Ok, I can't count. I'm not shortening the life span of my pets. |

Paul, please do take jayjay up on his kind offer, you won't believe the difference between an e-lite and some of the other stuff around. Even Mr Fan has switched to a Riva and keeps the e-lites for going out with. (And I never thought I would type that ). |

Firstly, well done on reducing the cigarettes you smoke by two thirds!
I really think it depends on the person and their goals, and also how quickly they find something that works for them. Do you want/need to stop smoking cigarettes altogether, or are you happy with where you've got to?
I started off on the e-lites, realised that they weren't the best (understatement of the year), so I was still smoking cigarettes as well occasionally, especially at work. I wasn't really enjoying them, to be honest. I joined here, took the advice given on here and got my Riva. I haven't had a fag since. Yes, there are occasions when I'm tempted, especially when I've been extremely stressed , but so far I have managed not to give in.
