It was a little rocky on Friday,just with a wind  must say though,its a great place for a meet and the meets event girl Sabrina was so fine with e cigs and we had a fun chat,this is going to be different,enjoyable and a great way to end the year for us,really looking forward too it and hoping I can put a couple of nice touches to the night,I can tell you now Lorien from ECCA will be there and having met her at the summit she is a lot of fun behind the serious business,more guests invited too,Prof Peter Hijeck may be there depending on his flight back that day being on time and I am waiting on a few replies |

I am happy to assist with stairs if it helps make it possible. Have you been down to check out the boat Alan? What did you think? It's been 8-9 years since I was there. Its probably much the same as when you went,you can google a virtual tour which is pretty accurate |

Blownupdolly You will need to negotiate 2 sets of stairs,up to the bridge pictured,then down to the ward bar for toilets,not as bad.

Is there plenty of room on it?......Do they have guinness?...........Is there grub?.........What time slot are you thinking?............Do they supply vomit bags for seasickness?.........Are there life jackets in case Dolly decides to have a dip?.........Will we get piped aboard?..........Oh yeah & what date is it for?..............I'll think of more........... Its for 7th December 4-11pm,I am arranging a trip up there Friday afternoon to view,so will be able to answer all questions then,I am though adding possibly a second vendor (maybe more) and adding some special guests |

Ok I have an e mail back and I'm happy,there is a cost but I am planning to cover that with Vendors and guest contributions and donations of £3 per person which will not be mandatory,any shortfall I will cover myself in order to make this event happen
You may use you vaper cigarettes, play your own music if you wish and there is also a projector to use if you bring your own laptop. (must have a 16 pin socket)
Bridge comes with its own personal bar tender for a bottled bar. (all pints can be purchased at the main bar and brought upstairs)
There are two time slots. (£150 – 12noon until 4:30pm) or (£300 from 5pm-11pm) In your case I could extend the time from 4pm and allow you the extra hour for free.

What a fab venue Alan! I would be ok for either date. Plus, I can access it with my crutches as I have seen this boat on numerous occasions. Surely you would have to make some kind of charge for us to go as it wouldn't be free to hire!? Cheers dolly and phil, glad you like it,I have e mailed the event manager and asked,most importantly that she understands we will be using e cigs,how much cost is involved and that we can definitely have a booking for the 7th,I also informed her I am free to view,lets see what happens for now,I have a couple more in the back burner |
