Thank God, I was wondering what was going on. I haven't smoked and the phlem makes me feel as though I have. I sit and think to myself Why does it feel as though I'm smoking?.

I honestly need to ask. It's been just over 2 weeks since I started vaping and in the last couple of days I'm feeling phlem in my throat and coughing it up, but not out. I thought this would have happened in the first week, is this normal?

Karma, You all have helped tremendously and I can't thank you all enough What i ment was that it's confusing to actually figure out for yourself what it is that irritates the throat :, but don't worry I'm getting there and I know where to find you all if I need help But, I think I've conquered mine with extra VG low or 0% nic, but it's the strawberry e liquid sample I got from exhale, I can't put it down! But, I will contact dan to find out if it's pg or vg and what nic it has. |
