So despite not having sorted out my sleep pattern ready for a return to work, and a little delerious through sleep deprivation, I had a great 2nd day with a lovely forum surprise of a visit from the lovely Montana. Andy, try to have a little more time on your next visit and I'll stick the kettle on! It was fab to meet you IRL today  Lovely surprise... well done Montana for making the effort.  |

Thanks everybody. Seems a nice friendly forum this. Not used to that. Generally get loads of bitching on most, so I keep posts to a minimum. I might post more often than I normally do. lairey I'm in south Somerset. Not too far from Taunton/Yeovil/Crewkerne, middle of nowhere place. Peaceful and far from the madding crowd.  tim... I grew up in that area... I took my driving test in Taunton, worked for a while in Yeovil and remember grovelling to my bank manager in Crewkerne. Spooky. Still miss the area, although I imagine a lot has changed. |

R.I.P Lesley Gore. It's my party..is the only song I remember, but it was a good one. What is so scary is that I can see so clearly in my mind, dancing around my parents sitting room to this, even to the tiles and ornaments on the fireplace... in my teens... and it just seems like yesterday. The mind has a way of playing tricks, but opens up a whole new discussion on 'life' which probably requires a forum of it's own. |
