Hi guys & gals - just a thank you and sorry, - I was apparently verging on breaking, and now I'm apparently broken broken is better than breaking, I'll be the first to admit that one It was just a case of arthritis, fibro, ms, mixed in with a couple of TIA's (transient ischemic attack, like a mini micro stroke, thousands have them, thousands don't even know it) thrown in for good measure, sprinkled with pneumonia - (didn't even realise that one), some environmental stress, mixed in with a little personal stress, a dollop of external stress, throw in a problem of an acetylcholine issue (apparently down to organophosphate poisoning) I sort of became broken again. Didn't quite mean it to happen on a much loved and respected forum though Oh, and guess what the doc said "...this is what you get for giving up smoking" he was of course jesting! At least I hope he was so there you go, I am sorry to one and all Tried covering everyone with the pic, cat, rat and dog - - would make for some good captions! ...can I get back to ordering and posting now ??? Oh, gonna throw another pic in - I like it

Laughing with a bad back never helps, neither does a 4 year old trying to bounce on it no amount of opiate based pain killers work. Mines down to a genetic condition and arthritis, - that's the way the back crumbles - my rheumatologist's catch phrase Throw in some fibromyalgia & ms and you realise that your back, it a pretty important item of your body. I'm in damage limitations, but do look after your backs, lift properly, or if you handle anything above 7kg - you qualify for a free course on how to lift If you can get to see a physio, they'll give you good tips for strengthening back muscles. Beware of a chiropractor, as brilliant as they sometimes can be, they can also do more harm than good. Good gentle exercise, balanced with rest on a good flat surface. A funnel might be useful if drinking or a long flexible straw Watch wayballoo and learn how to levitate and defy gravity Hope your back gets better anyway -

For ease of use, the V3r Clearomizers, easy to fill, clean, re-wick, re-build, etc. Good taste, throat hit etc. with good technique and maintenance. Yet they almost put me off Vaping altogether The Innokin cartomizers I have, are good, just don't last as long, have to be filled from the bottom, topped up, topped up again, and then topped up, you can also get an 'orrible taste from them if they get a dry spot or dry out. Taste is sometimes better, and over time even better, but the same is with the Clearomizers - taste improves over time. A bit like marmite, people either love them or hate them, but a lot has got to do with good assembly, good maintenance, and good technique

A worrying element of all this - is that if regulation came in, that set standards such as the factory standards at Hangseng - we would lose the likes of our local favourites - Pixie & Health-e-vape, Grizwald and thingy doodrip - or at least we'd have to wait whilst they spent a few years doing an O.U. course and got the capital to invest in a few hundred thousand pounds worth of equipment For those who've ever come across the Alibaba website, you'll see that most factories are inspected and work force and quality are rated. It can be a difficult decision to put our lives and health in the hands of products and manufacturers we sometimes no nothing about. Full disclosure and traceability I believe will be introduced in the years ahead - which may lose some of the smaller producers, but one has to understand the safety issues apparent. I remember reading something somewhere about Nicotine that was being purchased for mixing and despite it being labeled as a particular percentage, the label was wrong very wrong the percentage was a hundred and something % rather than 20 something percent - I'm sure someone will post a link to the story / post / site - I don't think I read anything about people dying or getting poorly - but the risk is there. There could also be the possibility of cotangents getting into the e-liquid - which after all we breathe in. We're lucky we have a community of buyers and vendors who tend to stick together and work well with each other, support each other and tend to root out, name and shame those who do wrong, or fake it, etc. My mind has now gone blank, was thinking about another post and feeling quite sad for someone - Anyway - lets all not get tied in a knot over words, spaces and grammar, but lets just support and give the way this forum does best. Oh, and I have a wonky Vision Clearomizer that doesn't leak!

Being an avid - daily V3r user, yes I admit they do have their problems, but easily over come. Overfilling will cause gurgle, vape long, vape hard, it soon goes away. Double check the silicon cap, after prolonged usage, they don't seal as well, rinse well, pop in freezer, - you won't have that problem for at least a week. Alignment - The threaded drip tip needs to sit square ( okay, I know both are round, but you know what I mean), and tight, the one I'm using as I type is one I have that does have alignment issues, it is a case of double checking and making sure the seal is there and working. Topping up, fill at angle, but not at wick, as the wick will allow some juice into the centre - and we're back to gurgle again. Re-wick - after my free sample from health-e-vape of wick and wire, I spent a few mins making one up, as one of my heads had really caked, and no dry burn was ever going to sort it, so having the wick & wire I thought what the hay, best vape out of a V3 yet! Doubled the wick, measures in at 2.2Ohms, the wick isn't as long as the long wicks you purchase, but they're not short, they're sort of 3/4 length The V3's can be a pain, but technique can sort it, I also have mine live with my mobile in my pocket, and again no leak issues since the very start of vaping. Tell a lie, had a new V2 non re-buildable that had structural failure the other day was a bit annoyed, is only the second item I've had die on me in the 6 weeks I've been vaping. Remember, if you have a problem - dismantle, rinse, dry burn, assemble, fill, blow, vape - I only give mine a quick blast now with a hot-gun to dry them, and make sure I drip the wick before a main fill. Hope that helps.

Sorry, there is not a new e-juice called disclaimer - (and I really couldn't think of another title) but after a bit of a bad night last night, (so bad it was unreal - a nightmare totally - to the point it could have so been my last night), thankfully I decided to stick up some reviews I've been meaning to do for ages, a few snippets in a few posts here and there, but thought it was deserving enough of dedicated threads and posts. Trust me to get them in the wrong place Review 1Review 2Bizarrely it kept me going and alive till even now - but one thing I really do wish to make clear is that all the reviews I've done have just come straight from my head, there is no 'fishing' for anything. yes free samples are sent out, and under no circumstances do I wish my reviews to influence anything, plus the all the vendors I've used wouldn't be so daft in the first place. So did just want to make that clear, and that's the crystal clear not the usual mud clear. It's 5 weeks today since I received my first order from VapeEscape, and about 4 weeks since I joined this forum, thought it was such as odd discount code I was given on the phone by Jason, so I googled it, found this forum, asked about it, forum be good, forum joined.......maybe I've got a little ahead of myself, carried away in the excitement and the jollies and the learning curve that vaping gives out freely, one thing you don't have to pay for! I've always tried to explain / review in a way that I would want to read, especially as I remember desperately hunting and searching for my first supplier, worried that most were PayPlop only, and worried that I could be entering some sort of minefield, and having a rather bad experience with one unmentionable supplier, VapeEscape pulled the short straw, one, because they get mentioned everywhere, I think they are also the default "link to" when chatting with newbies, I know I have always linked to VapeEscape Also, I liked their site, and that was it, order placed, and I've had brilliant experiences with every other supplier I've used, I just thought it would be good that my views were shared for folks to enjoy and hopefully iron out the little worries new folks might have, as I did, when it came to parting with many pennies to get started. So, there we go, I'm going to be a little quieter now, I'm going to try not to get carried a way with reviewing things left right and centre, and I will try to post them in the correct places when and if I do. (again apologies)I wish not to create wrong impressions or give ideas otherwise. There are great suppliers out there, and just really wanted to bounce up and down and let everyone know - and I feel a little sorry for Pixie Juice now - who I might add - I've never received a free sample or a nice feminine purple bag Was going to add my Pixie Juice tonight, but it will wait - she's brilliant though, and should be an inspiration to anyone mixing juices, she has a niche in the e-juice market and is probably one of the most hardworking and dedicated mixers on the market, and her flavours are just exquisite!!! .........however - so, sorry for all of this, and yeah I know some might think I've gone a little overboard, etc. etc. - but my health & head has taken a little tumble downwards, and as some from here know, the slippery slope down, is...........well slippery and quick! almost got away without metioning Bon Jovi - Slippery when wet Many apologies to one and all, I shall grab a towel and say "so long, and thanks for all the fish" - always wanted a good reason to use that not actually going anywhere, will just be a little quieter if that's ok?

...oh forgot to say, your taste buds will be all over the place, mine went a little crazy over one flavour - but for me things just actually taste now, and have real taste - which is good A couple of weeks time you'll be a little more settled as you get used to not breathing in taste bud killing smoke
