Your can't go far wrong with an Xtar charger. I have 2 of these (back ups for back ups)

Others say that Pila chargers are considered very save though these tend to be on the more expensive side.
Another often recommended make is Ultrafire but do beware as there can be unsafe fake chargers around and I've seen some scary photos of ones that went bang.
Whatever you decide upon, make sure you get it from a trusted/reputable vendor.

Edited to add I haven't even got mine yet, but tomorrow I will be at the Parcel Farce depot so that will soon change

I normally end up using around 20% CCW flavouring in mine. Beware though some are very strong, ginger, and cream can easily overpower at 5%.
Take a look at the flavours sticky as there's suggested final amounts on there.

I now have 2 Xtar chargers, as I also learnt the hard way. If your battery charger goes, that's potentially ALL of your mods being unusable.

Fortunately it was just my power pack that went and I replaced that for free as I had 3 spare at work.

Free Tip: if yours dies, check your router's power pack as mine was the same (12v Dc 1000mah).

With a Penny I keep it open a quarter turn (ish) and if I get a bit of gurgling I close the mouth piece untill the "Blakey's triple wick" soaks it up and then open it back up a bit.
