I never realised that when you get called for jury duty it can be for a number of cases. I always presumed it was for one case and if you were unsuitable that was you off the hook and end of.
Would like to be called up one day, very curious.

On my lunch break noticed that E-Lites have a stand in the shopping centre (funnily enough about 5 yards away from a Stop Smoking service!).
Thought I'd play dumb and pretend I'd never tried any e-cigs before to see what the guy on the stall said. He really didn't know his stuff and was just after a quick sale ("Electronic cigarettes are just nicotine", "They are not bad for your health at all" followed by "They are 99.9% more healthy than cigarettes").
First he showed how it works with a puff on it and he produced no vapour what so ever, clearly doesn't use them himself. Then let me have a go (with a hygiene tip' on it) and it was quite frankly rubbish compared to my SkyCig.
I think it was £28 for the kit which included four pre-filled tips, a charger and I think just one battery.

Hi all, looks like my Clearo is leaking. It's the one that came with my Riva kit from vapeescape www.vapeescape.co.uk/the-ve-riva-1100-deluxe-kit~151 and I've had two pockets full of Honey Bee juice today :-[ Looks to me like it might not be screwing on properly and found the same with my other battery. Guessing it could well be a problem with using such a sweet e-juice that it may just need a good clean but I can't work out how to take it apart. |

Without a doubt it was never about the money for me (except in my younger poorer student days) and was all about the health benefits. My dad had a lung cancer scare a couple of years ago. At the time I wasn't smoking but both him and my mum quit straight away after probably 50 years of smoking. Despite this I still went back to smoking due to a few stressful situations in my life, so vaping will quite literally be a life saver for me.

When I see everyone else's money saved signatures on their posts I really do wish I had smoked cigs rather than rollies and more of them! My spend in two weeks of vaping far outweighs my save, but I know it'll overtake soon enough

I took it up to stop me smoking as I'd tried everything to quit but always came back to it. I have always felt that it's not about the nicotine with me but the actual act of smoking so vaping is the only way I could stop.

That's what I went for, good to hear it's ok. How would you describe it?
The website describes it as
"The follow up to the very popular Tobacco Haze from Mom & Pop. The same smooth base with a few added extras"
But as I've never had the original not sure what to expect.

Thanks for the advice everyone, just ordered an atomiser from vapeescape, also some filter coloured cartos for my skycig and a bottle of clearance Mom & Pop e-juice.

Hi Gillian, I got my Sky Cig on Friday and the difference between their pre-filled cartiridges (which on the whole aren't too bad) and one filled yourself with e-juice is huge, you'll get a much better vape that way. I also bought a Riva kit the week before so had a couple of empty cartomisers left and used those with the skycig with great results.

I really can't decide Skwoddy! It's a taste I can't place my finger on. Hints of dark chocolate and after hours of racking my brains I think there's some chestnut in there too. My wife (doesn't vape or smoke but has a try of my new flavours) is also trying to work it out!
Definitely a Marmite one that will divide opinion. Talking of which, I'd love a Marmite flavoured e-juice!

Thanks peeps, dripped with my Riva cartos and had no problems and great results. Problem now though is I tried the strong flavoured Golden Burginia and that carto is now tainted forever with that taste (not sure if I like it but either way nothing will shift that flavour!). Actually think I need to clean my battery as can still taste it with any other flavour carto or even my clearo!

Thanks Skwoddy, thought this would end up costing me more  Will look into atomizers, but in the mean time if anyone can give me tips on dripping with a carto would be great so I can try more of these flavours whilst waiting for delivery of an atomizer. |
