Hi Micky, I can appreacite your excitement mate. I am hoping my kit turns up today and have decided to work from home today in anticipation. I am out of refills for my e-lite now and am battling with myself as i dont particularly want to buy more with my kit due. I am sucking the life out of all my old ones at the moment, haha.

Morning,
Micky, your post was very helpful and once I am up and running, ordered my kit last night hoping it will be here Friday, I will surely return to all your suggestions. I am getting stupidly excited about this, cannot wait to not have to return to the cigs with its stinkiness, expense and its obvious health dangers. I appreciate that there is no definitive answer on the health benefits of vaping but based on my week or so on the e-lite, I can already feel it.
One of the best results of smoking the e-lite is the fact that my 2 boys no longer sneer at me and they have a new found pride in their father trying to knock cigarette smoking on the head. Also 2 of my work colleagues have ordered the same kit as me, so we will have a work based connoisseurs club very soon.
Greendollar, thanks for your response. I have ordered some of the fruity type liquids and will give them a bash once the kit arrives but if I need to return to a more authentic cigarette taste i will definitely give the Vape Escape's Deluxe a bash.
Thanks again to all of you for your interest and I will post once I have had the experience of vaping.
Cheers

Thanks Micky,
HAHA, you are very much a boy with his toys. Reading your post was like reading a thesis from a science mag to a beginner like me. Passionate about your vaping I see, that seems to be the theme on the forum, what a fantastic place for me to introduce myself to the art.
So much good advice and so friendly. I m pleased I chose to switch from the cigs for a number of reasons and one is to have come in to a forum like this one.
Hopefully I will be able to head some of your advice and guidance once I am up and vaping.
Cheers Micky

Thanks Karma, I know it has not been proven that there are any health benefits but on a personal note, i have taken 3 Min's of my quickest cycle in to work today and that is after only a week of vaping. There you go, an anecdote to be cracking on with. £10-12 sounds good, better than the £45-50 a week I was doing on fags. Cut out the lattes in the week and I am even, bonus. Who would you go with for the liquids and do you have any tips for tobacco like liquids and a fruit alternative? Thanks again

Hi Guys, Wow, what a friendly and helpful forum. I dare say based on most of the pointers that I will give the Riva 1100 a bash. I have seen some of the videos on here and the joy that people seem to get from vaping (is that correct) looks fantastic. Could I ask some of the more experienced users, do you feel the health benefits of not smoking cigarettes and instead vaping. I want to give the tabs up completely but do love the whole process and performance of having a cigarette. If it is proven that these are a completely healthy alternative, can see myself becoming a real fan. After the initial purchase, how much does it cost on a daily basis to vape? Thanks for all your initial comments, I am going to order the Riva and some e liquids, Any advice on the liquids would be much appreciated. Cheers all

Hi folks, I am new on this forum and have been reading some of your very helpful tips. I need some help, I am getting rather confused and could proably do with some direct guidance towards where i want to get to. I have been a smoker for about 13 years, sad really as I started smoking as a 28 yr old?? Anyway after many attempts at giving up/cutting down, my in -laws bought me some e-lites just over a week ago. I have been doing fairly well on them, I think I have had only 4 "real" cigs in just over a week. I was/am a 20-30 a day man. Anyway, I have been enjoying the e-lites but realised after a little bit of research that there appears to be some far more financially beneficial and flexible options out there. Basically, can you guys direct me to a better alternative, refilling seems to be the way and the battery life of the e-lite is rather annoying. I really do not mind the alternative not looking like a cigarette and am fairly excited by the opportunity to vape with different flavours for a while as I try to tear myself away from smoking all together. Heres hoping you guys can help. Thanks in advance.
