I'm not sure but I think I read somewhere that even mild dehydration can cause an increase in blood pressure.
Maybe see if increasing the amount of water you drink help lowers your BP. :-)

Hey everyone,
Thanks for the suggestions, I think drip tips will be the way to go.
I've got some little stickers but they don't stick to the end cap things or the silver cartos I have.
The elastic bands were a faff.....
I keep my cartos in an ego case, I'm still swapping and changing flavours so I like them with me.
If I have anymore bright ideas I'll let you know. #icon_idea#

So, Right now I prefer using a cartomiser, i like the draw, and I can afford to have a few kicking around full of different flavours. But I'm struggling to label them....... >  Marker pen doesn't last on the covers, salotape with labels, stickers.......etc have all fallen off...... Does anyone have a way of differentiating their cartos?? Sorry if this sounds a bit random...... Cheers S |
