Sorry to tell you that if an item is returned to FastTech due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address or the custom issues from the customer's country, a 20% of the order total, or $1.70 is charged (whichever is higher) to cover the costs reshipping the order. If a refund is requested, 20% of the order total, or $1.70 is assessed (whichever is higher) from the refund to cover the original shipping costs.
