Torchy`s batteries are always good although I generally avoid the blue ones of any kind, but they will be fine, good price. Thanks Robby, I'm in no hurry, already got 3 18350 batteries.

Enjoy , I am, too much maybe, getting a nicotine rush. you are using it the same way as I am, about 9 watts. Vivi s are really good on them They certainly are, think I'll invest in another couple after Chinese new year. Do 18650 batteries make a big difference, or is it just that they last longer? I was thinking on buying these from torchy

My vamo arrived this morning too. Just watched some youtube videos to make sure I've set it up properly. Filled up the vivi nova which I also bought, set to no.2, and wattage to 9. WOW. Fantastic. Loads of vapour, throathit and taste. Thanks again, Robby, for the link.

It was a no nonsense school back then. All our teachers had Lochgelly Belts, over their shoulders but under their jackets. They could whip out that belt and whack your hands quicker than John Wayne could draw his 6-shooter. I was threatened with the Lochgelly regularly. In fact my father still has his, even though he retired in 1984.

I left Shawlands school in 1963 or 1964. Maybe my father taught you lobey, think he was there from 62-66.

That's the one. At that time I thought only cowboys had guns, not people living near ma granny in Glasgow. I see from the article that Ian Brady attended Shawland's Academy. I did too for a couple of years. I didn'y think is wis that bad a skool. My father taught at Shawlands for a while and also taught my big hero, John Martyn (real name was Iain McGeachy), who was a pupil at the time. I don't think the school like to be associated with Brady, for obvious reasons. There was quite a lot of racist gang fights at Shawlands Academy in the 90's, unfortunately.

I have been back for a look around the area since, but while the houses and the streets remain, the atmosphere has changed. It's a strange feeling, looking at a place you know but from a different world. It certainly has, can be quite intimidating at night. Great for food shopping though, if that's yer thang. I go back occasionally to Calder Street to eat in Yadgar, fantastic curry.

I know Allison Street well, my granny lived at 272, near the corner of Garturk Street.
I remember visiting the day after the infamous shooting, involving Howard Wilson, and was petrified. I was only 6 at the time.

Working like a dream here with a clearomiser. Can't seem to get the carto to work, probably just not using it properly. Just ordered a battery charger from vapeescape for this and the vamo, when it eventually arrives. Thanks again, Robby.

Certainly can't fault Min on his correspondence. Asked a question and got a reply about 20 seconds later. Ordered a Vamo on the 24th (yesterday) and it's already been sent. Just waiting for the tracking number, which should be sent in the next couple of hours.
