Hi, Most airports treat vaping like smoking. If permitted, in designated locations only. As always, check with the airport/carrier for specific restrictions (looking at you Exeter). Safe travels I I had ejuice confiscated at Exeter airport. I almost had a 100ml bottle of juice confiscated at Exeter too a couple of weeks ago, but I slipped into the conversation with the security bod that it was zero nic (it wasn't, but only 1mg!) and he grudgingly let me take it through. Don't understand this, Newquay and Gatwick (to say nothing of the three return airports) haven't batted an eyelid. Next time I fly from Exeter I will pack my juice in my hold luggage and use a small tank instead!

I wish retailers would check their copy before posting - according to Efuntop, the first mod was designed both in Sweden AND Switzerland!

My first real test was New Year's Eve, about 4 months after I had given up analogues. I was mixing with quite a lot of smokers and was worried that I would succumb. As it turned out, the stench of stale tobacco really turned me off the whole idea, and I stayed firm on my eGo battery and CE3 clearomiser (ah, those were the days!) and vaped right through with no worries whatsoever!
On a side note, I met a work colleague yesterday who recounted me the following tale:
He went on holiday with his young family to Menorca, and decided to not bother with taking his vaping gear, thus reducing the hassle at the airports. After a day over there he had to look around to get something temporary to quell his cravings, but nothing, nada, not a sniff of any vape gear. Reluctantly he bought some B & H fags, and nearly fell over after the first one, such was the massive intake of nicotine (he vapes 1mg juice DLI like me). He persevered (!) and smoked his way through 60 fags over the week, but came home and couldn't wait until he could get his hands on his vape gear, and is now firmly back on the vaping again.

I ordered two atties (an Ammit Dual and a Reloaded clone) about three weeks ago. The Reloaded was in stock and the Ammit had an ETA of 5 days. The day before the Ammit was due to arrive with them, they split the order, and the Ammit then arrived on schedule and was shipped the same day. With the ePacket option, both arrived while I was on holiday and that must have taken somewhere in the region of 9 days from despatch to arrival chez moi. Not too shabby!

Well, an update. BP is still too high, but my new prescription is starting to work so that's good. Also, the Echocardiogram was successful, and showed up nothing to concern myself with. Due to see the GP again when I get back from a bit of Balearic warmth!

I like the Boxer, but it's no competition at all for a Squeeze in my book. If you want the best experience, chykensa, get the Squeeze. Thanks beedee, the jury's still out at the moment, but all comments are being considered!

Thanks decoy, some useful info there to ponder on. I'll wait until I'm a bit more flush, and then might be tempted to get me a Boxer, some replacement bottles, and a new dripper with BF pin.

Same here dalealan, I'm in a similar dilemma! I have mods that work well, plenty of tanks, litres of juice mixed up and ready to vape, spare coils, wire, wick, tools, I really don't need one, and am a bit concerned that this will rekindle my shinyitis I'll hang on and see what others think before I buy anything!

Thanks dalealan, that's the thread I was searching for and couldn't find! I was sure this would have been discussed somewhere!

Hi all Having thus far resisted the urge to check out squonking, I met a mate of mine out walking yesterday who was chucking out clouds like a Puffing Billy as I caught up with him. I didn't even know that he squonked, and was curious to find out what he was using, and it was one of these. Now, between you and me, this mate is a bit 'careless' with his vaping, having had vented batteries, dry hits all over the place, and even mixing juice with way too much nic in it and needed my help taking it down to more reasonable levels without losing flavour (involved loads more concentrate and some of my dilutants!), so I took his raving over this squonk mod with a hunk of rock salt. However, before I hit the 'Pay Now' button on one of these just to see what all the fuss is about, I would value your critical opinions on these mods. Bear in mind I don't want to commit much more dosh than this to a mod which might not get a lot of use so please, no recommendations for £60 mods which would work much better. Thanks in advance

Being essentially a cheapskate (why else do I mix all my own liquid and build tanks and drippers rather than using stock coils!?) I have never even considered mixing by weight, let alone parting company with a fist full of cash to buy something like this. Like other mixers in this thread, I shake bottles until my arms hurt (usually about 10 seconds!) and then put them away to rest and for Mother Nature to do her stuff on a molecular level. I might be able to improve my mixes by a small percentage by using high-end equipment, but my methods work well enough for me, and the dosh stays in my wallet (well, until I spend it on something else!).

I'm particularly interested in this as I am due to have an Echocardiogram next Tuesday - my GP thought he detected a 'heart flutter' so thought this would be prudent. Touch wood it's nothing serious, and I can go on holiday 2 days later with nothing to worry about!
