Halleluya don't know what I did! The rapid clicking can be hard to do, without missing a beat! But it sounds like you've managed to unlock it!

Silly question but I presume that you've charged it? Also, once charged keep trying rapidly clicking (even more than 5 times) to see if you can unlock/ get the button to light. Otherwise I've no idea other than contact the seller.
[ETA] Just to be 100% clear, I am assuming that you mean that the button light isn't illuminating when you push the power button?

I have just run off a few recipes on ELR and all the concentrates are the same weight ie 1ml = 1 gram is this as close as it gets? Surely some concentrates must weigh more than others or is the difference so miniscule that it does not really matter. I don't mix by weight, but I would have thought that most concentrates would have a specific gravity/density closer to that of PG (1.037g/ml), than water (1.00g/ml). The difference however is small and the error will be across all the concentrates that you use, so I suspect the error will be unnoticeable in practice.

Don't fret about the pg/vg weights use a calculator that does all the calculations for you This one's my favourite e-liquid-recipes.com So e.g all the different brands of PG will weight the same?Yes. The slightly awkward thing is Aqueous VG (i.e. VG with about 10-15% water added), as the water content isn't always specified on the bottle. Also nicotine in VG often has also had water added to enable proper mixing, which also affects it's density/specific gravity..... if you want to be precise (which for personal mixing isn't always necessary).

Assuming that you're after an e-liquid rather than DIY concentrate option .... FlavourArt also do a ready to vape one called Jamaican Rhum HERE (from drop down list). (I've only ever used the concentrate and in more complex mixes). I'm sure other will come in with their recommendations.
