I would honestly wait for the next list, people are asking stupid things for them Yep - I will most almost certainly have to wait! My optimistic side thought it worthwhile posting this just in case though.

I was going to wait for the list to re-open but my impatience is getting the better of me...
Anyone have a Doodlebug they'd be willing to part with?

Went to a juggling convention a couple of weeks ago, just at the time VapourArt announced a batch of GP PAPS 2.1s would be available. I set my alarm for 7am and after 4 hours sleep woke up in my tent and started ordering on my phone. Probably woke up neighboring tents with my swearing when the phone browser couldn't handle the checkout on their site and wasting precious time & battery life downloading a new browser. In my grogginess I managed to place my order with an eCheque rather than normal PayPal payment - had to wait an extra week for the payment to clear. Love my PAPS though!

There's a small hole on the atty end - airflow control? Looks a bit small for a vent hole.

They both look really nice.
I feel the momentum of far aseas manufacturers is picking up. It's a bit of a shame that a lot of their products seem a little too heavily inspired by their often more original couterparts. At the same time I reckon this is pushing a stronger competitive drive to engineer better solutions and shinier shinies - great for us vapers (but less so for our bank accounts and happy relationships with loved ones).

The 'Due to adverse weather conditions...' is probably translated into... 'Couldn't get the driver out of his pit' Yep - spot on! When I get my hands on a teleportation device I'm gonna ruin DHL.

I'm excited - I have new shiny on its way, managed to get an order in for a GP PAPS 2.1. I am therefore impatient and have been refreshing DHL's tracking page incessantly since this morning but alas, it seems that the adverse weather conditions around East Midlands airport have been impeding my delivery's progress: Really DHL? Has it been snowing again down there?

Phew - it's here! Leaves a bit of an unsightly gap with the Cobra on it but feels nice and solid. Wasn't sure about the bottom button thing but think I've been convinced in the whole 10 minutes I've owned it so will probably be on the hunt for a GP Paps X when they're available... Also - I'm a bit scared of putting my Kick in the top half of the tube, feels like it could have a hard time being pulled out!

Glad you got sorted, I've got the Dream Draw Tube and is a cracking bit of kit for the money and you can never have enough backups for when it comes re the ECR69 code, finally got it to work by using my other pc, think I have a corupt browser on my lappy BTW I make mods and I think I could fix the Sirius for you if you want, just looked it up and it looks like he uses the same switch setup that I used to repair blown electronic control boards on Bauway 510n mods, that was about 18 months ago and since then replaced the cheap tact switches in the Indulgence, Argento and Argento tele with the same method Rob That would be really kind of you! Just looking at your photo I'm thinking I might be able to do it myself - assuming the setup is the same. Am off to the British Juggling Convention tomorrow until next week so will do some investigating on my return. Be warned I may take you up on that if I don't get anywhere!

I'm not aware of any discount codes for them but they do seem to throw in freebies pretty consistently. I had ordered an A4 sheet of 500 and some ribbon Kanthal and received an extra sheet of #200 and another 5m of wire free.

Well the Siegeli on Vape Gear is out of stock so that's kind of forced my hand. The ECR69 discount code worked for me though! A bit gutted to have a broken mod but looking forward to new shiny!

That Silver Bullet looks lovely but a little over budget - was considering one of those a few months ago.
Going to do a little search for reviews - think it's going to be one of those telescopics!
Thanks for the suggestions!

Whilst happily fiddling away making a new wick and coil this morning, the button on my Sirius broke. Feels like the spring has been dislodged and the button part is now rattling around the mod head uselessly... I'm going away on Tuesday for the rest of the week & weekend so need to find something to replace it - at least temporarily (because I do really love my Sirius otherwise!). I do have a couple of Rivas but charging them will be an issue whereas I do have enough 18XXXs to get me through the week. I also have a LT that I'm using at the moment but it will only take 18650s and it's a bit huge for pocket use (of which there will be much next week). I'm on the list for a Dream Draw Tube (which would be ideal) but it seems unlikely that it'll be here on Tuesday so I'm looking for suggestions. The criteria: - Must be in stock with next day delivery option or reliably quick delivery
- Looking for a mechanical mod - not VV/VW
- Telescopic or multi-tubed, failing that an 18500 size gives me the most battery options
- Don't mind paying decent money for a decent mod but would rather stick to an upper limit of around £60
Help me spend some money!
