Also i know a pain being mid yr,but most will offer free yr[season] site fees on buying, but catch this season has started season so only get upto 6months if got one now

Just out of interest does anyone here have a static caravan,i have found many sites that now have 12 month occupancy but you have to a permanent residence so no council tax is paid on the static, some sites include rates or water and others electric etc, there is obviously a difference in the site fees, others include free siting and connection, gas tests etc.I have also been advised to drain down if i do leave the van over winter and there are different charges for this although i do not think i will be away from it that long.It sounds like munkymunky has experience and i just wondered if any other owners could give me info on there sites if there are any,i am really struggling at my parents, they have done everything to make me welcome but i need my own space quickly, cheers all. every site is different one i was on include water and waste-elec billed seperately but they turned out to be a joke as they split it among whole site so some got bills for £60 for yr lol Rentals what you pay should inc everything except gas: As for drain downs why people pay for it to be done is beyond me,its so simple Turn water off at mains line ,open taps for any pressure, disconnect water main Caravan side of stop cock, flush all toilets, open all taps and showers, then right under boiler out side is 2 drain screws, undo and drain, then in washbasins toilets, shower put antifeeze in drains and cistern [if any water left],then have a large bag of rock salt and fill half way in breakfast bowls and place in all rooms of static[ helps with condensation] go back middle of shut down drain or replace salt bowls price an hour maybe of your time and maybe £15,they used to charge £80 to do this on old site i was on

You’ve heard of the e-cigarette, but how about the e-joint? The invention from (yes, you guessed it) the Netherlands is thought to be the world’s first electronic spliff. Company E-Njoint BV produce 10,000 fruity-flavoured joints every day which are rolled out across Europe. It contains no THC, tobacco or nicotine, making it 100 per cent legal. But the latest edition allows users to fill the blunt with their own cannabis liquid or dry herbs E-Njoint is in discussions with Tikun Olam, a business specialising in medicinal marijuana, to help produce products for the health industry. E-Njoint CEO Menno Contant said: ‘Holland is well known in the world for its tolerant and liberal attitude toward soft drugs and the introduction of this new product clearly makes a statement: As long as you don’t bother or disturb other people and stay within the legal boundaries, all is well.’ metro.co.uk/2014/06/23/forget-e-cigarettes-the-worlds-first-e-joint-is-here-4772037/?ITO=Facebook

try inhaleing to cheeks instead of straight in gob lol as for juice change thats a good start mixing a few about, what can any one recommend well thats down to trial and error i am afraid,i was staunch tobac flavour[GV] then heard everyone rave about Capellas Vanilla Custard, decided sod it give it a try but felt wrong ,well that soon went out windows loved it! then again some didnt , Red Astair i hate menthol, though hmmm give it a bash easily pass it on,now mixed 200ml of the stuff, but switch between Vanilla Custard,Virgina,Banana Custard, jack the Ripple, basic will come to what you find appeasing dont be afraid to try, hence why dripping comes very handy ,you dont use a lot if you find you hate it trade/sell it,in Classifieds
As for Nic,well i hit 18months knocked it down from 36 to 24 to 18 to 11,for a while i have been struggling vaping away like a chimney[ stress life dont help] so upped Nic back to 18 for a while,so basic keep a high one handy incase you feel to need it,other point you looking to entirely quit with Ecg or just change to better way,i have option 2,i cannot see me ditching ecigs,i may do in another yr or 2 maybe 4 i just dunno, and know one can answer that problem except you
Also with ecigs do not think well everyone raves on that that it will suit you or you must have it or shinytits will bite ,will say if you want to up to level of better and experiment look into variable with variable watts[kills 2 birds with one stone] can never see point of just variable VV personally

Never been with Talk Talk to many stories of being crappy EE-- was with them for 5 months told them to stuff it-- billing problems nothing near speed should get ,disconnects SKy- with them for years sorted most problems out-- but ended up by being with them paying more for basic +plus net /phone,than daughter was paying for full package in net/phone-----was going to swap to just fibre but £50 instal fee[think they ditched it now] £54 pm BT_ first month got cut off-endless billing, package raised by £10pm within a yr,ended up getting ofcom involved, net was good on-was paying £51pm Plusnet fibre/24/7 phone- had a first stumble not connected for 2 weeks after original date,on plus side had a problem fibre speed was crap, found use the forum near on instant solved, not dropped at all----cost less than BT by near on £20 pm discounted £32.99 for 9 then £39.99
As for stutter this maybe not be there fault this can be where its routed to ,to your router a hub in link could be problem they have no control where it goes, also Router can be problem,Plustnet technics[fibre] one is not that brill, and have read 20% increase with a good router
to give you an idea i game on a NY server sometimes the problem lays at that end, traced it once -my house-london-Germany California-Dallas Ny - NY---it was middle NY data center cause my ping to raise and cause me to stutter.
As mentioned it is good to turn of and reset the router now and again [only if using original wep/wap key or you will have to redo it] basic spring clean it!,if you have a username/password,look at upgrading routers, a lot of the newer ones now use PPOe[no user /pw needed linked to phone and hidden] but you will have to manually change a newer one if software does not do it.. Now with Sky if you have one of the antique old white router you can search there forum theres a prog linked that will crack the router Pw/User name,i know i did it lol and used a lot better router......
If you want to do a trace[sky get you to do it to see if there a prob with hub on router] you can use this ip[its game server for Battlefield 4 i play on] if your having a problem with a web page use whois.com to find ip---to do a trace
Start click on run-type CMD hit enter or start- Accessories -command prompt
type in tracert then space followed by ip numbers you only use first 4 blocks
192.223.27.232 then press enter[return]
if you see a big jump in middle thats where problem may be with getting a stream etc, note in this copy london jumps to 115: Microsoft Windows [Version 6.1.7601] Copyright (c) 2009 Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

Can agree with Yorky i lived in one for 18 months okay look like a tin shed from out side but once in cosy and peaceful, when it rains[except storms] pitter patter on roof gently makes you nod off!! down side winter ,got so cold one year woke up went to pull curtains, net and curtains were stuck on inside with ice lol
Best way to find out Yorky is if it has a club house get to know locals there and find out they usually know who rents
Downside -as of next year theres a rule change!! any caravan owner who does not have a perm residential address[ ie brick and mortar] is going to be liable for Band A Council Tax as this is then classed as a perm living address---- they all ready do this on Canal boats moored permantly
