I do use micro coils but a low ohm coil wrapped on silica adds a little harshness that enhances some flavours for me, so for me at least, they're not better, just another option.

No prizes for guessing my favourite type of atty......  I recognise the spheroid, heron and the taifuns but what are the other 3 in the middle? From left to right Prometey II, Troy X, Apollo. Using the Troy X right now, only had it a few days, very impressed so far, cheaper than a Spheroid, available & doulbes as a dripper too. |
