Hi, do you mean the squonk box?

I made the trip across the pond last weekend to Vapefest Ireland which has become an annual pilgrimage for me since my first one in November 2013.

This year I came across the guys from Wick Liquor. A relatively new brand borne by some guys from the Midlands who got their heads together around a year ago and this is the fruits of their labour.

They have launched 3 flavours initially rather than flood the market with too many to get your head around, makes perfect sense to me. I was given 2 free samples to take away and do as I wish, but I just can't hide my admiration for these sometimes complex flavours and the work that was put into their development.

The 3 flavours in question are Carnival, De Ja Voodoo and Boulevard.

I was given Carnival and De Ja Voodoo to try, and while I did taste Boulevard, I haven't had the chance to test it in various setups.

Carnival is described as: Santa Monica glazed dough rings and Cholo sugar skull cake.

Now, I am not familiar with these names, but all I can say is this is an addictive liquid. I tried it in a subtank (0.5 coil at 28w) and was greeted by deep fried sugar doughnut, almost churro like with a kinda glazed icing aftertaste. Yes, it is sweet but not sickly so. I had to make a large mug of tea to carry on with this and they complement each other perfectly.
I then set up the hellfire raptor (0.6 coil) and varied the watts from 22-40.
This dripper gave me a totally different experience of this juice. It tasted nutty, sugary with a kinda vanilla cake all rolled into one. This is my morning coffee vape, I highly recommend it. Play around with the wattage and you'll get different variations of all the flavours in there.

De Ja Voodoo is a far more complex mix and is more difficult to pick out the different flavours. It's described as: Santa Barbara coconut husk and Chula Vista sugar cane.
Once again, these Latin American names mean nothing to me, but as I've been in the hunt for a good coconut vape, I may just be on a winner here.
The first thing that struck me was how pleasantly clean and refreshing this tasted. It's not your usual desiccated coconut flavour as in bounty bar or macaroons. This is more of a milky coconut blend with an almost tropical sugary waft that carries the coconut throughout every vape.
I had this in a Derringer dripper (dual coiled 0.4 at 32w).
I did play around with the watts, but always came back to this setting, my sweet spot.

Overall, I really can't fault these juices at all, and at £7 for 15mls and £13 for 30mls, you'll be hard pushed to find a premium quality liquid like these elsewhere, especially at these prices.
