I have been having some problems since my upgrade, I keep getting low resistance when I fire the device. I have spent all afternoon building and rebuilding coils, tightening and re-tightening the screws that hold the coil. I would get the low resistance message but by loosening the attie by about a turn, it would fire fine, put the mod down and go to it 5 minutes later and get the low res again. I finally worked out that the upgrade had reset all my settings and had gone back to vw rather than TC although I had not noticed when looking at the screen.  blakey I think the temperatures have changed. I had been vaping at 300f 35j from new and getting a great vape but since changing back to TC after my schoolboy error, post upgrade today, I have had to turn the temperature up to 400f which is similar to my Chinaflask. I dont have a VS mod to compare but I am getting the same vape at 100f higher since the upgrade. One more thing.......the range of power settings are out of order since the upgrade. Eco- Standard- Powerful Plus -Powerful, the last two being logically the wrong way round. |

Mine have the identical white label and the numbers printed on them are the same as yours. Just weighed them and they are spot on 45gms. Edited due to me writing bo77ocks.  Mine are charged full, but if yours are empty............  |

Thanks lordvaper, Followed your instructions and eventually got there. It must be me, but I have never come across such a faff........still not sure how I got there  After the upgrade, the SX350 was completely dead until I took out the battery and re-inserted it. Thanks again. |

HEEEEEEEELP I have down loaded Winrar and the SXi software along with the 120w upgrade file but my windows 7 is not recognising the SX 350. Tried all the above tasks from the previous posts, deleting and re-loading, turning off PC and restarting. Just getting that double tone that says USB device not recognised plus the written warning in the bottom right of screen saying the same as soon as I plug in the USB The SX350 then locks out and the only way to restart it is to take out and put back the battery. Been at it for 3 hours now.......what am I doing wrong. Any chance of an itemised idiots guide please  |

you need a license for any equipment capable of receiving a tv signal whether you use it or not.. blind folk using 8 hour video tape recorders to record radio broadcasts have been scuppered by this..just read the link above - i was wrong!! the chromecast dongle lets you 'cast' the contents of a web browser to your tv if you use google chrome as a web browser its as simple as clicking the cast icon top right hand corner of the browser.. so browse to itv catchup on the puter and send it to the tv  Cheers phatfil, Just had a read up but looks as though ITV Catchup doesn't work with chromecast...... Unless I was reading an outdated review? |

I have done quite a lot of research in to having no tv licence and as long as you do not watch anything as it is being broadcast, then you do not require a licence.
It is not for you to prove that you do not watch live tv but up to the authorities to prove that you do watch live tv.
You can cancel your licence at any time but you will need to confirm via a disclaimer that you no longer watch live tv.
Refund are given back for any full unused 3 monthly period.
Oh and there was never any equipment in the back of tv detector vans......it was just a very successful advertising ploy to frighten people into buying a licence.
The bottom line is that if you decide to only watch catchup tv, you do not need a tv licence and you are not guilty of any offence.

I need some advice regarding getting catchup TV please. I have decided to cancel my TV licence and rely on catchup TV by not watching any live broadcasts. I have a Samsung smart TV which is about 3 years old. I can get all main catchup channels with the exception of ITV Catchup. I have updated the Samsung tv firmware but it is still not showing the ITv catchup app. Is there a box or dongle that will allow me to get all in one place? Dental floss seems to have worked. Used the Goblin all last evening and left on the mod overnight...dry as a bone.
It would leak enough to run down the side of the mod before.
