just over a year onboard for me... that was enough:) Rest of the time was spent at Culdrose (great in summer, especially when working long day/short day) + managed to bag a 6 month posting to Hong Kong before the hand over:) I had a spell at Culdrose as a Cadet, had a spin in a wessex mk5! (ps you have a PM) trained on them at HMS Daedalus (solid workhorse) but ended up working on Seaking mk 5s and 6s mostly. cheers for the PM; gonna pop over and have a gander now.

Hi Mully welcome to the forum. Guessing by your name you still live in Cornwall. Thx:) Back home in Notts for the last decade or so (- a couple of years down sarf for teacher training and first teaching job in London). Do miss the coast though and may move oop north eventually as my wife's family are oop there (but not too close;))

welcome mate. nice to see another spheroid fan about Keep thinking of treating myself to another but trying to control the shineyitis... would definitely buy a bigger version if they ever made one (just another 1ml capacity would be great so it'd last a day)

I store my 18350s in old spec cases which are then put inside a metal money box.

Welcome Mully & thanks for the intro You're welcome:) PS: the boy in my profile picture is called Giles: 3 year old English Pointer we got from show breeders 2 years ago when they decided not to show him; lovely nature and daft as a brush:) His half brother, Miles, might be available soon but the wife has said no (2 dogs, a six-month old baby + me is too much or anyone)

Hello! Get on that mesh wick, once you've cracked it you won't taste better! reckon I got it going properly once and the TH/vapour was pretty darn good/almost led me to investing in a better genny type but then I bagged a spheroid and thought better of it:) Having said that, the RDA and IGO-L are proving to be my go to bits of kit in the house; bit of a faff topping up but so easy to wick/clean and the flavour/vapour is spot on every time.

after reading this I realised that I had not introduced myself on AAEC so here goes... Been lurking, picking up very useful tips, catching shineyitis and making the odd post for a while. 25 years on 15-20 rollies a day and my last analogue was almost 6 months ago (2 weeks after our boy was born... changing clothes and washing hands ## times a day plus wanting to be around a bit longer for him provided the impetus). Ex Navy, then IT and now teaching (the hols are great and most of the kids are too ) Jacvapour got me off the analogues but was quickly followed by ego -> twist ->provari:) and a backup zmax is on the way via a group buy (but don't tell the missus) Fave gear at the moment: spheroid on an ego when out and about, RDA (purchased from Lew on here) for flavours (blueberry mainly) and Igo-L for heavy baccie session (flue cured from Mist). I also have an Aga-S and some mesh when I fancy wasting an evening trying to do a hotspot free mesh wick/coil

HS Menthol Sensation is a good price and gets better with age (nearly used it as a mixer when I first got it but 10 days later and it's my day time vape). Ironically, the bottle on the HS stuff is quite soft though!
