I have been following a Ketogenic diet for the last 9 months, it is a low carbohydrate high fat diet. I did not want to lose weight (but did) the reason I changed my diet was to control my blood sugar (type 2 diabetic).
you avoid carbohydrates (keep under 50 grams a day) but can eat as much fat as you want! but otherwise I can eat as much as I like.
I mainly eat: cream, cheese, fatty meats, vegetables Coli-flour, broccoli, cabbage , nuts, eggs, bacon, sausage, avocado's, watercress, spinach but there are loads of other alternatives.
I have to consciously make sure I get enough fat each day (can be difficult as in ketosis you do not feel hungry) or I will lose more weight as your body burns fat for energy instead of Sugars & Carbohydrates.
There are loads of detailed presentations (and recipes) on you-tube, you won't go far wrong if you start off watching to Dr Stephen Phinney, Dr Caryn Zinn, Prof. Tim Noakes or Christine Cronau.
I no longer take any medication for Diabetes, as my blood sugar has returned to normal, (did so in the first few weeks).
If you want to lose weight it is brilliant, just consult your Doctor first ( I didn't and went to see the Doctor after 6 months and he was good with it).
THIS DIET IS NOT A QUICK FIX DIET, IT NEEDS TO BE A LONG TERM DIET, and you have to be very strict on Carbohydrates or you will drop out of ketosis and not not lose weight.

This seems to be becoming common on some Chinese sites, I ordered a Cuboid in silver from another Chinese vendor (BG) there were 120 something showing in stock when placing the order, they told me it was out of stock.
So I asked them to change it to the black one which had 170 odd in stock, they told me they had all gone (but they were still showing in stock and available to order) so I asked for the grey which was also still showing in stock and available to order and again was told they had sold out.
Seems that they are still showing stock even though they don't have them (and know it!)
On a Plus, I got the silver Cuboid and love it

Has anyone found that the Capella VC is just not the same as it used to be?
I know that we get accustomed to it and lose the " taste" if vaping constantly, but I have always ordered what I considered the "original Capella VC not the V2 and it just does not seem the same.
When I make an effort to put VC to one side for a few days and vape something else, it is lovely when I go back to it, but not as good as I remember it.
IS IT JUST ME?

I did not realise until after I ordered that it said 1300 batteries, Think the Mrs will actually prefer the shorter battery
& it is a cracking price I paid £42 for her current Evods from a UK vendor

Squape clone (Tobeco) the initial issue with them is long gone and they are BRILLIANT.
I thought i would never change from an RSST but i never use them now since buying my Squape clones.
So simple to coil & rewick and boy do they perform
I guarantee you will love them!

it is 22.7mm hardly notice the 0.7 mm (0.3mm overhang)
I have it on a chi you and i can't see any overhang, if i rub my nail down it i can "just" feel it!

Personally i would go for the SQuape clone with (glass tank) @ just under £12 from "FT" (I bought one for £35 from uk dealer) it really is amazing, you can wick with cotton (amazing flavour & so easy to wick/rewick) silica or even SS Mesh. you could always buy an original if you have £115 spare, although that has a plastic tank! my second choice would be an RSST with glass tank (Genesis) watch this review Rip trippers SQuape reviewThe clone is just as good (and glass) I use mine with cotton on a mech mod it is not drilled out and is brilliant |

Great to hear Lenny, it just needs to go slightly in to the side channels or you may get underwicking, it's one of them play with it until you get it right things, no rules as different viscosity and materials will alter outcome.
Once you find your spot, it's well worth it, and if you step up to higher watts & microcoils it's a game changer with plumes of vapour.
Me i am happy with a mech mod and 3 turns of .5 flat Kanthal - works for me

No problems with leaking on mine, not accusing you but if you blow at all then you will get leaking as it forces e-liquid down the airhole
Also if your wick does not run into the side channel slightly or your wick is too thin it may flood and cause a leak.
