A set of cable cutters and heat will give the cleanest cut, closely followed by a rotary tool with cutting disc. Side cutters/snips will usually fray more but eventually give an ok cut. Cherry red with a torch and then chopped with cable cutters is a winner!!  |

Does anyone know if you can buy a Lanyard for an MVP? After having mine for about seven months I've managed to drop it twice this week, which has resulted in two knackered tanks.  How about we do a deal? You cover the postage (£1) and I'll send you one of these in the colour of your choice, gratis? Hopefully me and offspring will still be coming, although to be honest Im worrying about the trip back when its dark  as my daughter is a very new driver (just weeks) and we are still trying to find a route that doesnt involve motorway, or duel carriageways  or busy traffic...we dont ask for much do we  The best route we found takes us MILES out of the way. Yep, we really are that useless  We will get there though, hopefully. by hook or by crook.  The AA, BSM and several other recognised driving schools all do motorway and night time lessons at a reduced rate. An hour of each will give your daughter a good grounding in these essential driving skills. |

Thanx for the nod GunJack Hi samyd1981, if you want to send me the 950 I should be able to put a replacement head on there for you, it'll only cost you postage. The 1100 if genuine should ideally be returned to the vendor if faulty. There are a batch of battery cases out there (on eBay) marked as eGo CE4 which have been sold as 1100 but only contain a 650 battery inside. I have repaired two this month, both with faulty circuit boards. PM me if you want a fix on the 950. If you want me to test the 1100 at the same time I'm happy to do that. |

Those places i listed are less than a mile away from the pub raid. I would say you could walk it buy there is no footpath up the hill and some tight corners. No bus stops in prestleigh either. A taxi from prestleigh inn to cannards grave cant be more than £4 at the most mate. Will pm you in a bit mate.  Sent from my Galaxy Note 2 Will bear that in mind mate. I didn't actually check the mileage so it may well be an option. I'm sure the walk back will be fine, so long as I remember to wear dark clothing and stagger drunkenly down the middle. |
