I know. It would be great to sit down with some one and to see what I should be doing. In the mean time the cartos work really really well for me and I defo dont crave a real cigarette (I have 10 upstairs somewhere and they aren't calling to me) so I am happy enough playing round until it clicks

I have got the two that came with the Tornado kit. one regular and on LR from the Riva kit and one 901. I figured it must be me rather than them because five cant all be bad out of the box.
The 901 one seems the best but only gives wisps of vaper and I like lots. Even with pure VG juice. Flooding could well be an issue.I think I worry about having them too dry so I will try and ease up on the liquid to see if that helps.
I am only using the filler the carts come with. I will try the blue foam but I do like the idea of getting dripping to work for me. I will order some from James. And no need to worry about the P&P as Im really excitted about the new flavours hes been teasing us with.

Doh :0) I have spent so much time programming myself to not type "die" that the Pavlovian response is a bit strong Lol.
I started to knit then though wouldn't it be nicer if if was handspun. Then wouldn't it be even nicer if it was hand-dyed and hand-knitted. Then some people asked if I would dye something for them and then it took off in a big way. .... then when it was my job I realised it wasnt fun anymore and closed the online shop. Now I'm working in in a job I love and having fun again with my hobby. But it is nice to know I could go back to earning a fair wage with those skills.

Thanks Chrissie. I am refilling like a demon. I have 25 ish (I keep losing them) and rotate them so Im not sure exactly how many refills they are getting.
I have tried with filled carts and also dripping but it doesnt seem to work. I have also used some 510 cartos with the soft caps and they arent doing it for me either.
How long of a break in period do they need? Imnot sure when Im dripping if Im putting too much in or what.

I'm about a month into vaping now with a Tornadoand a Riva 510 and everything is great. I know I like the minty flavours and can happily add flavourings and menthol crystals to a stronger juice to get a nice vape at about 5mg. All is well.
But I still haven't figured out how to use and enjoy vaping with an atty. When I first bought the Tornado kit it came with tabacco carts and I knew I wouldn't like them so I looke about and the only thing I could see that said Tornado was the cartomisers so I bought them. They work brilliantly and I lubs them. But the lowest they come in is 11mg and I really would like half that strength.
I have tried using the atties from the kit, the LR one from the Riva kit and even a 901 with adapter to see what that was like but I just cant seem to work them. I either get a yukky taste of mental or something or there is hardly any vapour or it doesn't feel as good as the cartos. I have tried blowing them out, DD, 3 drops, four drops, half a bottle. But just cant get that sweet spot.
Has anyone got any ideas?

Oh and another thing........ :0) Its sat night and I'm stuck in so I'm going to spend the evening finding things WRONG on the internet, then I will herd some cats and p*** in the wind.
Again in my other life (dyeing fibre for spinning) you find a lot of bigger independent dyers being rude and disparaging of smaller sellers just starting out saying "its an art form" and "it takes years to develop", and even the skills will dye out if not done properly and a whole load of other self serving rubbish. They then try and make the buyer feel guilted into buying their product for some spurious reason. It can get ugly real fast. Basically what they are saying is "buy my product" and not theres but dressing it up in a ton of rubbish.
Ig the arguement over on UK Vapers was about buying UK made stuff the arguement would be valid but its not. There will always be consummers who look for a bargin and will put in a bit more work and then equally and majoritively consummers who are willing to buy from local vendors because its eaiser and quicker.

I read that thread too and always find it intresting how vendors/sellers etc engage with the community. Not just with this sphere but in all areas. I myself had an online buisness that was part of another craft (spinning) and knew that the way I was on forums would effect my buisness. The forums and internet were the lifeline of alot of independent sellers and an active participation is the only way to make your presence felt. But I would be so careful to avoid posting anything negative or snarky under my buisness name. I would be Ms Manners and Ms Nutreal. Then I would have a personal name and go mad :0) I know I wont buy some things from these sellers no matter what they are because I have found they are horrid and pushy in thier on line presence and I dont want to support that. One good thing about small independents is we can see the human face of the sellers but that also means we can see when they arent as nice as we would like.

I am dead pleased if the group order has meant that Perpy gets a little something out of it. It is WELL deserved for all the work gone into it. Thank you again :0)

I have upgraded from kitchen roll to baby wipes :-) Couldn't be bothered gettting up all the time to wash my hands.. Brilliant idea. Will put baby wipes on the shopping list. I am forever wiping up spills arround the computer but in the old days had to wipe up the ash and empty the ashtray after every fag anyway so its not much differint. I got the e-cig as a christmas pressie as well as a Tasimo (the coffee machine). Seems I have replaced a five pounds a day cig addiction with a five pounds a day coffee addiction.

Jammy I only seem to like a mint/menthol taste at the moment so its been really easy for me to make a menthol mix with the crystals and a bit if PG and add some pepermint flavouring (both supermarket and Flavour Art). I have cut James cherry and caremel down by half too and they didnt lose much flavour either.

Well glad its not just me then. I am kinda looking for a nice case to carry stuff round in but I think it will have to be one that I can shove in the washing machine. Oh and need to buy more kitchen rolls too ;0)
