I phoned the council today and they admitted we did NOT owe any money, they said we was 3 days late with last months payment but it was all up to date.I asked them how they can threaten court for non payment when it is paid,no apology but they said they will cancel the summons and not collect the charges, how very gracious of them.

I opened a letter yesterday to find we have been summoned to court for non payment of council tax, stunned is not the word as we have all the relevant receipts for every monthly payment and we are fully up to date.We have not received any warning or request for payment and as i say we owe nothing in arrears. Now i am worried this will affect our credit rating, does this count as a ccj.

Tried the water and no leaks,it must be the voltage not vapourising the liquid enough, thanks all for the suggestions. My wife uses Miste blueberry and vapology flue cured, has anyone had problems with these juices cracking tanks. Well it don't seem there is any cracks as the water would of leaked So i would say it's the juice/wick, is it high in PG? if so put a couple of strands of wick on top of the wick that are in the heads to hold the juice more and adjust the voltage higher to burn the juice (not too high though or the dreaded burnt taste shows it's head ) Thanks rom,it is 70/30 in favour of pg.

Thanks all, everything suggested has been done but still the problem exists.Romelee it is not just the ones i bought off you i also bought new ones from ukecigcabin and they are the same. Get one of the Evods that is giving you the most problem and lay it vertical drip tip down on a flat surface (White surface would be best) with nothing to soak up anything that comes out. Does anything come out? Is it the same color as the juice or lighter in color? Is it the same consistency as the juice or more watery? Just trying the process of elimination. Thanks rom,we have to plug the tip end when filling as they leak juice when filling,we make sure it is not going down the middle hole so they do leak.

Lol good save cos otherwise would likely be pcb, hate those boilers. Yes they are bad, when googling the problem all i found was people and engineers slating ideal boilers. My wife has just phoned me up all sheepish after i sent a text,i gave her a polite bo######ng but it didn't wash as i was laughing too much. This is what i will get when she comes home

If anyone gets jury duty and it is me in the dock please bear in mind there are mitigating circumstances for me sorting the wife out ,after 2 hours of fault finding, trawling the internet etc etc i have found the problem, the bloody wife left the tap running in the loo and it was constantly calling for water as it was constantly emptying. Now i love my wife but she leaves windows open, doors unlocked tried to stick a knife down the toaster when it was on,etc etc.God only knows what the water bill will be.I think it's time i traded in,not the boiler but the wife, she will be the death of me. Now you have a good excuse to buy a nice shiney mod because you've saved yourself AT LEAST on a £70 plumber call out charge! I think what i saved with a call out i will spend on the water bill,it has been on all night.

Are there any on here,i have an Ideal Isar He30,yes i know it is the worst boiler going but it was already here when we moved in.All night it was just calling for hot water(d) and when the heating was put on it changed to (c) for heating for 5 seconds then reverted back to (d) constantly. When i turned it off and on it showed 0 then 5 for a few seconds before reverting to (d) again. The radiators don't all heat up and i have had to turn the boiler off due to it constantly asking for hot water.Anyone with any knowledge who can help please.
