Hi, please can someone give me an idiots guide to getting an avatar on my iPad? When I go into my profile and select to upload one from the boards, I just get a blank box? SometimesmI get a black background in the box with a white line going through it? So I went on the net and saved an image, but when I click to upload it, nothing happens. I know it's a bit more difficult on an iPad for some reason, I can't even build a website on it like I could on my laptop, Wozgoinon??.  |

Well Jason from Vapeescape has come through, big time!! Not only has he sent me 2 batteries, but also a clearo and a USB. Charger! What fabulous customer service! I'm now sat here with the riva, vaping Grants Vanilla Custard, and looking like this..  Shamazing!  . Thank you each and every one of you who offered advice, sympathy  and comfort in my time of need. Thank you all, I know I keep gushing about what a great forum this is, but really, I've never been a member of such a friendly forum before!!
I sent Jason from Vapeescape an email last night and asked him to look at this thread. He has been BRILLIANT, He is sending me something to be going on with, and I'm sending the other batteries back off to him, maybe he can repair them or something. What great customer service! Wish all people I had dealings with we're this helpful.

In that case get back onto the vendor see what they say. But I think it's my own fault? Well, the one that I pinged out, anyway  . Although I'd have thought it would be comparable with charging it in the mains, and if it's not charging then I guess that's not my fault? ??? |

Thank you everyone, your all so kind and helpful? I feel really peed off :-[. I've got one battery that I've obviously broken, and one not working properly, and I've bought tobacco!  I'm afraid to try to pull the other pin up on the remaining battery, I know I'm heavy- handed and impatient :-[. I can't really afford to buy th whole kit again so I guess I have to buy more batteries, but I can't see how that's going to make a difference if I can't charge it from the mains? I certainly can't buy a laptop just to charge it! Omedayillquit, no its not attached to the battery at all, I'm sorry to say. Colliwobbles, thanks for the offer to repair it, but even if it's repaired, I'm gonna have the charging problem all over again? I just don't know how to remedy this at the moment? Should I buy a few batteries and hope the charger works from the mains? And buy more charhers etc? I'm so angry with myself, for being so clumsy and for smoking again today. Om it's a blip, but I hope I can find a way to sort this, otherwise I'm back on the stinkies properly. Thank you all again for all your help. How long have you had it for? Might be worth contacting the vendor? you never know. Sorry if that's already been asked, not read the whole thread. Hi mark, I've had it for about 3 weeks. |
