I have already sent them photos. I sent a pm to doris she said to send photos and they would send a new one out. No such luck. They sent me an email back basically saying a poor quality battery or a leaking atomizer or using it for to long could of coursed it. poor quality battery: Not feasible, putting the battery I the wrong way round or a non lithium 18650 is another matter leaking atomizer: if it is meant to be a 1:1 DNA clone this could only affect the screen as the board is conformal coated (liquid proofed) using it for to long ??? that's just silly

Hi does any body no the cheapest shipping option to the usa. I got a dna clone of focalecig which went up in smoke after 10 days. I have emailed them they wont me to send It to an address in the usa. They said they will arrange reship process once they confirm the issue. How longs that going to take. Just stick it in a jiffy bag and go to your post office and they'll give you a price to ship it. Just say it's a torch with no batteries, it should not be that expensive. If you don't have a jiffy bag then the PO will sell you one. make sure you include any paperwork with reference numbers etc. Once they receive it Focalecig should refund you the postage cost (keep the PO receipt) Put the Customs value as £10.00  Cheers DiscoDes |

I learnt my lesson with them when they asked me to send my DOA vamo to Germany I wont use them anymore and now stick to fasttech at least fasttechs stuff works and arrives faster Did you send it back ? |

It didn`t come with that battery, did it stig1978No I got the battery from work. I work in a vape shop. the battery is fine I tried it in my vtr. |

I wouldn't buy any of them . The chip in mine has just cooked its self. I only got it on the 14 of july. smoke just started to come out of it. I unscrewed the back as quick as I could and took the battery out. The battery is ok . I took the cover of that covers the wires it stinks and part of the chip is burnt. Where did you buy yours stig1978 ? Same place as you. Of focal. |

The flip mode works on my one.The only problem iv had so far is with the fire button getting stuck on a couple of times.

He's starting to have trouble with his already with juice getting inside of it. I might get one more of these i prefer this one to my vapour shark dna 20 the battery life is crap and you could get nearly four of these the the price of the vapour shark.

I would get one in each colour. For the price ya cant go wrong. Just have to wait and see if it stands the test of time. It does look pretty well put together. Me m8 in work brought a hanna clone from a uk vendor for 70 quid. To be honest this one is much better. The one he got has got the seam right across the top of the battery compartment and the charging port is lose ya have to mess about to get it to charge.

Ye the black one is the same as that. Its been working fine. I have got an aero tank on it now. i don't do sub ohms. the ohms reader does seem to be a bit out. On this mod its reading it at 1.8 . i have checked the same coil on my vapour shark and on me provari they are both reading the coil at 1.5 ohms. But for just over 30 quid i can live with that.
