I mix mine with as much vg as I can get away with and just add flavour to it. Pg gives me a sore tongue and makes me cough.

Flat ribbon is highly recommended. No hotspots from the off and loads of vapour. Well worth trying if you havent already.

I just put the end of mine in a vice an wiggled the body and it came straight off. The threads went in mine but I sorted it with the threaded part off a 510 auto battery. Works a treat now.

I have a charger here that sometimes tells me the battery is charged when I know its flat, But if I unplug it then plug it back in again it recognizes the battery is flat.Weird but it works.
