I have been a JB fan from the beginning ,watched the films ,bought the games until they decided to use Daniel Craig as the new Bond. This is an actor I just cannot bear to look at, I don't know why but he just makes my skin itch. I cannot pass comment on his acting ability as I have never seen him in anything to have an opinion. I am very sad about this, silly I know, but I feel I am missing out on the whole Bond series now and have not got a complete set of Bond games.

Thanks robby, I read your reply and thought anything is worth a try, I took the pin lead out and blew down it then replaced it, plugged it in and hey ho I have a battery charging light come on, it has been on now for 1 hr so I will leave it until later then boot up and see what happens. Fingers crossed it will work. I had intended taking it down to the PC repair shop down the road from me, tomorrow but was not looking forward to the cost as they are never cheap.

Poor Mitsy, she must feel so poorly and as with a child they need lots of love and cuddles. I am afraid if it had been one of my dogs that crept into my bed whilst they were poorly, I could not have moved them they feel so alone when they are ill and need constant reassurance of someone being there for them physically. Pixi , I am in no way being critical of the care you are giving Mitsy it comes across your love for her is great, it is just my reaction to a helpless animal in need of the touch of their owners when they are ill.

That was a scene from the film The Great Dictator a 1940 satirical comedy. I think his last film was a King in New York in 1957. # #

You usually wash any new kitchen utensil before using don't you, well I do to remove residue from manufacturing deposits. I wash new and used bottles in a bowl of really hot sudsy water, rinse then sterilise for 20 mins., thoroughly dry before using. I have about 50 already and waiting to be used but I have gone off mixing my own, I cannot replicate what I like. Had some good mixes though. I don't need a dishwasher. # #

Checked the wall plug, nothing wrong with that my radio works fine when plugged it. One thing eliminated. The cross on the battery cover is obviously how not too dispose of it, but still cannot find how to remove the battery. Plugged in back into original socket and now have my orange light ...battery charging. No idea whats gone on with it me being impatient I should think. ))

Take the battery out and then plug it in. The laptop will work without a battery aslong as the Power is plugged in. If there is a fault with the cable/plug then this will prove that. re battery fault not sure how you can tell. Cannot find how to get the battery out, it appears to be in a unit on it's own not one to be removed by screws? There is a pic on it with a big cross thru it,as in do not remove?

This is a safety mechanism to stop the battery completely dying. Plug it in and it will be fine once the battery gets some charge in it. Edit - sorry, just realised you said it was already plugged in. Does it have a charging light to show that power is getting to it from the charger? I have plugged it in to another wall socket but no lights are on to show it is charging, so I assume it is either the battery or adaptor.

My Acer lap top is 2 years old, I never knowlingly let the battery run too low down. However, this morning, i had the prompt to plug it in or it would go into hibernation, as it was plugged in I ignored it and carried on, then it switched off! How do I find out what the problem is? The battery dead, the wall socket plug dead, the adaptor is dead? Nothing is dead just plug it in somewhere else and leave it for until it springs back to life?

I eventually did send macca 2 batteries that were not working, wow, what service, I had them both back fully restored in 2days. Very useful to have people like macca on here that are willing to give their time and effort in helping others. Thanks macca. # #

The word you are looking for greeny is Steeping, just means leave it in a cool dark place with the lid off for 7 -10 days when it will mature to perfection. You can use it immediately if you want to but it will not be as good. Good luck

I would have said Alba Vapours because I love their Strawberry/Swedish Fish, but now I have found a new Vendor that does these juices and I love them , they also give Discount which is a bonus as Alba don't! The Vendor is Vape-Space.
