Any waverers, I already have one I use all day at work and it's great for that. Getting a second from fasttech so I can take both on holidays and simplify the battery and recharging issues.

I got some DCTs from fasttech. The holes in the supplied pre-punched cartos were so large I threw them away. However, even taking that into account the tanks themselves were still a good buy.

Thanks Karma. The reviews are very mixed and I should probably wait for V2 but it looks fun to play with. At fasttech prices I wouldn't worry if I broke it.

Thanks. I'll give that a go if what I'm doing at the moment doesn't work. What are the signs of flooding and what can be done about it if it does happen? You will get liquid gurgling in the carto and less vapour. Just take the tank off, put a tissue under the 510 connector, and blow gently a few times down the drip tip. This will blow out the excess liquid and you should be good to go.

Oh and don't fill the tank right up to the top. This can create too much of a vacuum in the tank and will stop juice feeding into the carto

If you have burnt the filler you may have to start over again I think I may have. Punched another carto and letting it sit soaking for a while in the condom. You can put the carto in the tank and fill the tank straight away, then let it sit for a while. Don't overfill the carto before you put it in the tank as this can cause flooding. I find 10-15 drops of juice in the carto, put it in the tank, fill the tank and leave alone works best

I always leave the filled carto and tank to stand for 20mins before the first vape. I only get a burnt taste if I forget, or once when the carto was a dud. Thanks I think that may have been the problem as I only left it for a couple of minutes. Will try again and let you know how I get on. If you have burnt the filler you may have to start over again

OK I've got my carto punch and punched and primed my first SR boge with some strawberry juice and slowly filled the tank. Plenty of vapour but I'm getting a burnt (sort of rubbery) taste even at 6W. Is it normal for a carto upon first use. I always leave the filled carto and tank to stand for 20mins before the first vape. I only get a burnt taste if I forget, or once when the carto was a dud.

Guinness and Pernod was the thing to drink in my student days to get tanked up before a night out DV used to do a stout flavouring ... Not commenting however on why you would do that to a noble pint of Guinness 40p for a pint and a large shot in the student bar. 3 of those kept you buzzing for hours.
