Anyone know much about the zmax? Got a zmax after killing a couple of vamos. Very solid mod, not missed a beat - but nothing sits flush on top. Single button menu takes a bit of playing with. Would have another zmax but not a vamo. Use a zmax all day for work, not the best looking but works a treat. |

And are you willing to educate we idiots who have already purchased? Yeah sure, the paint used to color these aluminium drippers may contain a lead content, if im correct the paint is inside aswell as the outside of the dripper, (outside is not a problem) the heat generated from the coil inside may cause a chemical reaction inside and any of this could get into the vapour, this is why we stick with plastic, glass and stainless steel, you may have heard of the taifun gt deck episode that FT were shipping chromed brass decks and had to change to stainless due to H&S reasons, this is similar but paint. Upto you if you want to vape from these i personally would not. Paint doesn't contain Lead and hasn't since the 70's, unless they used yellow road marking paint. Fasttech changed the chromed bits because they advertised as ss and sent chrome plated, nothing to do with H&S - don't think that's reached China yet. Coils do not get hot enough to cause a chemical reaction with inert surface coatings. Too many scare stories about chromed this and brass that, yet no proof. |
