I can't help wondering if Aaron's experience has been shaped by the fact that possibly ECW have been purchasing larger numbers of items and Bauway are therefore keener to keep them sweet - or perhaps haven't had any big problems which might lead to them wishing to return an entire consignment. Out of curiosity (if you are willing to say) Aaron - what HAS your experience been like when you've had occasion to report a problem? There's no such thing as a perfect e-cig yet as far as I can tell so you MUST have had some duds which you've needed to get sorted out. Sadly, I rather suspect they've simply trampled all over Camperman because he isn't bigger than he is so they figured they could get away with it. Shame they didn't realise he's also an active and respected forum member... !! i think you hit the nail on the head their  i belive theirs been some big improvements on this mod with ECWs input so it shows if you have a bit of clout in the industry it does help, i did express my concerns about it not having any sort of venting when i go my first batch but i was told the engineer said their was no cause for concern but i guess ECWs concerns over it made their engineer think twice as it now has one. incidentally i had one guy from poland buy a spares or repairs one from me and he sent me a full picture by picture on how he upgraded the button with an industrial type switch so he could vape at high voltage which quite impressed me |

I would call Paypal UK, they have quite a good team and ask them to re-raise the case and also to raise a complaint... Also not sure who your dealing with at Bauway but have you tried contacting the top people? Such a shame and completely different to my experiences with them though  i was bounced about to 4 different email adresses during the course of my complaints and the majority of time waited atleast a week to get any sort of reply if any and these were the excuses holidays/speak to the engineer/send pictures, then complete silence for 3 weeks after 10 emails that i sent to every email address and on the final email i said if you cant be bothered to get back to me ill take it to paypal. ive dealt with people in china for over 25 years importing games machines amongst other things and have never had a carry on in the past and even other e-cig manufactures ive dealt with have bent over backwards to help out but not bauway. the BW is a bad memory to me now and something ive put down to experience, im not the only one to have lots of problems with this mod and dare say i wont be the last infact i still have people pming me on UKV atleast once a week who bought them elsewhere asking me how to get into the electronics so they can fix theirs so their must be quite a few of the mk1 (white button) kicking about now with the same faults. |

Mark, did PayPal say WHY they found for Bauway? this is the email that paypal sent me We have concluded our investigation into your case. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to decide this claim in your favour. go figure ? 18 out of 20 faulty BWs and they say bauway is in the right to not refund ??? bauway wouldnt even return my emails even though i was willing to just accept just the parts required to repair them myself |

The way in which you have delt with this m8 is a credit to you and your business i dont think any one could have done more given the situation you will bounce back i dont think your rep has been damaged as it was out of your controll but i think this is a real heads up on a supplier and one which ill avoid cheers daz weve crossed a few pms over the last few weeks mate so you know im all for helping other traders and fellow vapers out were i can and id hate to see somebody else be taken in by a company who doesnt give a hoot about its customers especially those that spend a lot of money with them and i would of expected more from a company as big as they are. lilac it is linked yes but to be fair im not to bothered now hun as i said earlier ive sold most of the goods on as spares so im not to bothered now i just wanted to warn others before they make the same mistakes. |

Hi guys just to keep you up to speed on the bauway bw510n saga
I had my final outcome decision made by paypal today on getting a refund on all the faulty BW that were returned to me over the last month and paypal have ruled in bauways favour not to refund my money, so I urge anybody thinking of buying anything direct from them to think twice as this company has been impossible to deal with by never returning emails ect.
I have since sold off all the mods at a loss as spares or repairs to try and recuperate some of the money but to be honest isn't the point as I could of now been stuck with a pile of scrap.
by no means am I looking for sympathy here but I would like to warn people and make them think twice about dealing with company's like this who are happy to take your money but offer no after sales service.

used it all last nite dee and couldnt belive how good it is
the only issue i had putting it together was both O rings for the ceramic were different sizes but on imeos video it shows them both the same size so i had to use an O ring from the second kit i bought.
ive actually posted about this elsewhere on the forum so i dont want to spoil the thread here going into to much detail

 I had exactly the same problem Mark.The tiny o-ring is for the ceramic,and it does go on.I managed to push it on with my thumb but you are correct,in Imeos video both o-rings were the same size.Its stupid if you ask me,i gave up on the first day but managed to squeeze the thing on the ceramic on day two :)Sold it on day three as its just not the rite atty for me. maybe thats why yours leaked then ian ??? have a look at the picture and the number for the O rings |

i bought 2 of these on the second day of release but i have only just got around to putting them together earlier today and i have a small problem in that when you watch imeos youtube video on assembley on the ceramic part he puts on 2 O rings of the same size but in my pack of O rings their was 4 different sizes of O ring, 1 for the mouthpiece 1 for the eliquid chamber and 2 for the ceramic part but the 2 meant for the ceramic were both completely different sizes 1 of them being tiny and wont go anywhere near the ceramic but luckilly i have taken the one from the second kit i purchased for the time being.
was this just noticed by me or have others had this problem ?
what is this tiny O ring for ? or have i missed something ?
it seems to be working great if a little airy but great vapour and throat hit and no leaks yet.

i bought 2 of these whch came earlier in the week but i hadnt had time to do them so have left them untill now to have a bash at it and they have worked out pretty good, i just have to get the iattys built up now to put the wire/wick in them ;-)
