Well no of course we don't, we have a warehouse that we operate out of but for reasons I shan't go in to it's not convenient for us to constantly receive post and packages there. Just to reassure you it's merely a convenience for our operation and doesn't affect our customer service in any way.

Well at the moment we're fairly small, hence the PO box, but building.
As far as we're aware we comply with DSR so please let me know what you mean so that I can check this out.
We currently operate under the rule that if any of our customers experience problems in shipping, yes even if they use the free option, then we'll immediately look in to the matter. If we think that it's at no fault of the customer then we will of course send the package again. It's obviously difficult to prove this but as we are growing we understand that our customers need to be looked after. Our goal is to have people coming back to us again and again so it doesn't serve our purpose to leave customers to deal with shipping problems if there are any.
We feel that the prices we've set represent the high quality of our products, but obviously that's up to people's opinion. For example, we are the only place to get the new LavaTube 2's. These are a great improvement on the old designs and we feel the price reflects that. We have many repeat customers that feel our prices are fair but it's up to you as the consumer to try it for yourself and see what you think.
