just got home after a week away tramping. went to the garage, looked inside saw half eaten butties, a mug of cold tea and OMG It was a mess before I went away, but it was my mess.
The chain was off my chainsaw, the 12" disc on my grinder was down to 4". Every tool imaginable was lying on the floor, then it hit me, I left a piece of burger in her new car.

AS Katfish's OH it has been interesting to look at all the messages on this thread. Personally I had no wish to stop smoking and I certainly didn't have the willpower to do it. It was the ease that Katfish seemed to take to vaping that impressed me (I had been there when she had tried to go cold turkey) she did not twist my arm to try it, but I just thought why not, and yes after a minor hiccup I have had no problem, which has amazed me because I was a 30-40 a day man.

thanks for all your input and L15A I have been on this computer for quite a while now. Still drinking but haven't felt the need for a smoke . I have been proud of what Katfish has achieved but now after just a couple of hours, I can understand how she has done it.

At 1950 this evening I found myself with a glass of whisky in one hand and a lump of plastic in the other. A strange feeling , I thought the best way to start would be to give it the utmost test.
unbelievable but why does Guinness keep bringing me his ball?

Hi Chrissie, it is very hard to convince sceptical smokers to shell out money on kits that they think,may not work. I had added incentive as I had a chest infection and I cracked a rib from coughing so hard. This has saved my sanity and (hopefully) my lungs. The rib still hurts like crazy, but no more coughing YEAH!!!

hi this is graham, katfish's OH I would like to thank everybody who has given her such wonderful advice. I have listened to what she has had to say and I have looked at all of your comments, but most of all I have seen how much happier she is. I have ordered my tank and I am going for it.
