Sean mate what switches you using? send me a link please, I am putting my needle straight through the top of bottle and measure the distance to the atty, the rest will be pushed back into bottle with a small piece of tube on, making sure that the needle is a real tight fit so it can be altered for different size attys, there will be no danger of blow back as say, if the tube is bent at the bottom of bottle ie pointing slightly upwards hope this sound ok, easy enough to speak to someone and explain things put I do have trouble getting it on paper lol ??? Thanks Sean have you tried a 5v mod yet? the only prob with a 5v is the soldering has to be spot on, because of the perf board, I have seen this done before somewhere will send you a link when my mind clicks into gear, also mate the juice mod what are you using to get the juice to the atty? I got some blunt hyperemic needles of ebay very cheap, Tony ps thanks

Hi All when I get back from my little break (early next week) I will put a walk through on how to build your own 3,7v box mod. Here is the list of components you will need, 1, 1 2aa battery case/holder with on.off switch 2, 1 momentary switch 1.5amp is plenty 3, 1 battery connector of your choice 510 or 901 4, Epoxy Resin with hardener YOU CAN GET ALL THESE FROM EITHER EBAY OR MAPLIN
Tools required to make it:
A soldering iron with a tip in it, 25w is ample, 60-40 solder £5-£10 for you iron electric drill with various drill bits If possible a item called an 'helping hand' Wire cutters, thin nose pliers and a damp sponge (washing sponge will do)
I will be putting links for where you can purchase the items cheaply. Tony2
