It's a thing of choice......but one I know for sure ......they sponsor my local meet and have been very helpful done great discount and have been very knowledgable........I've ordered highe end stuff down to juice and have never had a problem........most people give someone a chance till they get shit on and it should be the same for a business.
But one thing I do know is they had a complete over hall if staff and have improved.
To me it just seems that you get a couple of bad experiences and people make the decision to rubbish that company for life...........well the bad experience I've had has been from safercigs but I don't go rubbishing him all over the place.......I used safercigs for about 9 months then had a problem with an order that never got resolved.... so I saw him at vapefest and he put it right............you just got to look at like this with any business you will get a few problems when your dealing with thousands of orders a week..........from what I've seen there must be 30+ staff at there shop..........so you will have the odd hic cup.......ford produce millions of cars and they have these things called rogue cars .......around 10% have problems that can't be fixed........they get a master mechanic to look at them after the car has had the same problem occur 6-7 times.....but even with a new part two to three months later the problem is back......they won't admit there is a problem and they won't take the car back they will just keep fixing it till it's out of warranty..........9 times out of 10 it's user error and the other one is a production error........just look at all the exploding ecig story's and the dog poisoning episode.......so far all are user error......and because of let's run and tell the media culture and the anti lobbying people this is what will lead to heavy regulation of devices.

If you own a business and employ people to be responsible to run parts of your company things will go wrong from time to time.
That's why when they found out what had happened they sacked and re recruited staff and restructured and made sure that one of the owners is there over seeing what's going on.

The company owners are good guys and are working hard to make it the best and biggest shop out there.

But that's just my opinion and observation of them over the last year..........just don't be a sheep and follow the heard in life
