 So we switched to a new site a while back. Most of the transition went nice and smoot, but as always there are some exceptions. New crypting system used on passwords prevented us from using users old information.
So if you haven't done this yet -> go to login and press the 'forgot your password?' link.LoyaltyPoints -> WizPoints - there were some things that needed double and triple check before launch.
And again because the coding is different from before we can't automatically transfer old points.So if you are one of our old and loyal customer, and your points are missing - please do the following : It will take some time for our IT guys to work all the accounts and points. But with your help and email that you wish to get your old points they'll know what to do. We are truly sorry for the extra trouble the change for the new site might have brought. But do note that there are things that are much better, and in the future it's much easier for us to make changes. ************************************** How-to use WizPoints?It's much easier in the new system then what it was at the old site. If you have points in your account you will see the amount under the shopping cart on the top right corner. Now to use them on your purchases, go to Cart. There you will see Spend your points and a scrollbar underneath "You Will Spend: X Points". By adjusting that you can control the amount of points you wish to use as payment. Underneath that you can also find Discount Codes-field. If you have a community or personal code you can enter that there. ************************************** Problems finalizing your order?When you enter Payment Review Part (this comes after payment clearing). You got two address fields and a ToS that needs to clicked as 'read and agreed'. Doublecheck that your address is correct and all the information needed is there (doorcode, house number, phone). Then you need to read/agree the ToS - there's an box that you need to tick. "Still I can't press the last button!?!"You need to 'Update order data' and NOW you can finalize the order. |

Are there any codes at the moment that currently work on the site? Code AAEC wouldn't work last week when I ordered some e-liquid  I'm a bit clueless on the ETA of the codes myself too. So will look into this as soon as possible. |

All the discount codes seem to be dead? ECR69 and AAEC. All codes are indeed 'offline' as the LP/Voucher system is under a finetune. Also the affiliate system is going trough a finetune.. More on those later on this week hopefully. Where have you hidden the bargain basement? Seems like vapee found it for you. There is still some finetuning going on, so hopefully at some point B-grade is also found on the frontpage. Links from Link deleted by Karma are not working...  Can't say what was in there.. But if it was a product part link from other description -> those are all dead due to the new layout/addresses. They will be manually redone at some point. But for now we're focusing on the more important stuff. Like LP/voucher system. |

So finally the long waited site migration and shop renaval is 'done'.  As part of the website migration we had to reset all loyalty points and we are in the process of activating our new loyalty points system. Please note any purchase made between now and when the new loyalty point system is live will not be eligible for loyalty points. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by the loss of your loyalty points. Everything should be complete next week at which point we will migrate your loyalty points balance to the new site. For the time being those who lost their points - email to cs@ecigwizard.com with a note (name and email) that you'd like your points to your new account.
Those will then be processed as soon as possible. |

Finally we got Platinum Ice :RESTOCKED: Platinum Ice contains 54mg (5.4%) pharma grade nicotine
and should therefore be handled with extreme care
using gloves and protective eyewear at all times.
You must always dilute Platinum Ice with PG or VG liquid
before using in order to lower the strength.
Platinum Ice should *NOT* be vaped/inhaled neat.
GC-MS testing results are available on request. |
