They're Marabu Easy Marble paints, follow the link I gave to Beautycat if you want some - all shades of purple You need a big container of water, which is kinda cumbersome, and they form a weird sort of plasticky film on the surface. I had a few problems with the stupid stuff sticking to my skewer (and hands, and table), and it doesn't like some areas of glass for some reason and slides right off. Then sometimes the film breaks, and you end up with only half coverage...it's a bit tricksy but mesmerising! Oh I'm a beauty therapist these days (also massage and holistic therapies) and nail art marble is done with nail polish in water too.. This is just on *very happy*a bigger scale.. Wow.. Oh, so chrisjw wasn't so far off then!! Brilliant I must admit, I did manage to marble my hands a couple of times - quite pretty!

Plastic tanks - don't see why not! It'd need to be a fairly biggun so you can see the design, and the ml markings might get in the way unless I can figure out a way to incorporate them, or work on the other side maybe...I'll try it out! I should think the ProTanks fit a Riva - don't have one myself though!

Love your new project, Jen, they look great! Whambamsam (where she? ) was into glass painting. Get into it & you could make some cracking erm...lovely glass tanks. Thanks - and good plan! I may have to have a go at one of my ProTanks

I tried it on some Ikea glass jars which I'd put through the dishwasher then cleaned with alcohol wipes and then a micro-fibre cloth - didn't happen on the other glass that got the same treatment, so I'm putting it down to *weirdness*

Omg!! You are way ahead of me. I haven't even got the bottles out of the boxes yet let alone paint anything. How do you do the marbling effect? I only have the straight forward painting work box from Pebeo Just gorgeous Jen ! I like them Jen, spesh the purple one £10 each if you want them! Maybe a cheapo Asda pint glass is not the way to show them off at their best, come to think of it...but I just wanted to experiment and see what happened. I was thinking of doing some kind of label-bordery thing for my juice bottles

I do have some Marabu glass paint & paste I'm going to have another go with, I really didn't rate my first attempts: I don't think I have the technique quite right, and the damn stuff is really runny and thin! And I hate the designs, so twee - We've now managed to get the printer set up, though, so I'll do a bit of scouting for some less cutesy designs

LINKY for you beautycat You basically get a big tub o' water, drop the paints on the top, swish them around and dunk your object in them. It's very weird and takes a bit of practice, but it's amazingly therapeutic!

Aw, thanks guys! I wasn't sure myself! Only thing is, the paint isn't particularly permanent and will come off with a damp cloth/scrubbing. The vases will be OK, but the glasses won't last. Next up: glass painting

Health Cabin's Fruit Concentrates are on the sherberty side Jen, as opposed to being a ' natural ' fruit flavour, but it's way to go if that's all you're after . . . how about adding some CCW Champagne to your fruits to give them a bit more of a fizz? Hmm, an interesting idea! The champagne is rather a refined, more sour flavour, but maybe if I just use a dab it could work! Maybe I should just bung a load of EM into a fruit mix and see what happens too Currently got a mix of DV sherbert lemon, LA orange cream and CCW strawberry steeping, fingers crossed!

Have you tried Candy corn or candy cane by Flavor West? Not tried them myself but they sound very candyish lol Or PA's Gummy candy? Oooo, after the Butter Pukecorn episode, I'm a little wary of Flavour West! I think the candy cane is peppermint, not sure about candy corn - is it more candy or corny?
