We at Vape the Ape supply quality e-liquids with FDA and SGS approval. All our packaging complies with UK trading standards recommendations. Thus, making sure our customers have all the information they need. The box packaging we provide allows us to do this to our full potential, it is also essential for us to keep the product away from light which prevents it from deterioration. Our customers are our main priority. We want to make sure that they are provided with the best quality e-liquids as safely as possible. If you do not feel the need for the knowledge and quality of product you are inhaling, then that is your prerogative. Our postage rates are reflective of Royal Mails £3.65 charge for signed for packets, plus the cost of the posting packaging. And that's the problem Freestyler, some of these vendors who are charging rip off rates for postage think if we are happy to be over by the Royal Mail then then why shouldn't they also have a cream off. I only just read the above post from this vendor and in less than 30 seconds, I had the answer to there problems, problems which should never have occurred had they not had £ signs in front of their eyes. Plus I would never purchase from a vendor that takes us for idiots and nor will many others. We have so many vendors that treat there customers superbly and we have a few that don't, we all have a good idea of those that will still be trading this time next year, they will be the ones that get consistently good feedback on forums such as AAEC. Don`t they realise that we talk to each other?  As stated
above we take nothing from the postage aspect of our website.
We have OEM boxes to complement our product and that is what it cost to post.
If you look at the E-Liquid prices on our site,
there are no £ signs in front of our eyes. Just good
Liquid at a good price.
I find your accusation quite unjustified. |

Hi Freestyler, Many thanks for your comment but we have already tried various options. The problem is the bottle diameter of the Premier range is 22mm. Even if we remove the packaging it is still too large to go large letter. www.royalmail.com/personal/help-and-support/Tell-me-about-size-and-weight-formatsWe have tried it in a jiffy bag and in a plain envelope, still no dice. We have even tried different couriers but they cannot match RM rates. |

Hi All,
Because all the bottles are boxed and in a Jiffy Bag they are 25mm thick and therefore will not (Deemed by Royal Mail) fit through a letterbox.
They will not go as a large letter and have to go as a small packet.
Postage cost us £3.65 at the Royal Mail counter (1st Class, 'Sign-For').
The other 34 pence covers the Jiffy bag, fuel and time, no profit is made from the postage.
We only charge what we are.
