I've learnt from juggling evods that its just simpler to wait. Too many spillages and cursing have ensued. Protank tank sits perfect upside down in a Magners or wine bottle .... or so I am told Had to drink a Magners and then replaced the half full Protank wick with a self recoiled one. Initially didn't work, but then by teasing out the bottom pin of the Protank as much as I dared, I struck gold. Plumes once more!

On another note the iClear 30 gurgles just as much as the 16. I knew it was a bad punt. Make sure not to fill even slightly past the top line and always dry the silicon top seal on the coil after filling .... worked for me love 30's so much for better than my Protank I'll give that a crack tomorrow when I stop having a hissy fit. I read an old post on ECF thanks to a goggle search which suggested cranking up the voltage, this has worked to some level.

Thats one of the things I love about protanks ..... Being bottom coiled you dont need to empty it to play about with the coil Just need a wine bottle or something to sit the tank in ..... even better if you drink it first I've learnt from juggling evods that its just simpler to wait. Too many spillages and cursing have ensued.

Tried it with and without the beauty ring with no difference. Will try a different coil when I've emptied this tank of PVC! Just a bit odd that it works on everything else fine. Blimey yes . . . don't waste that PVC Dicky. It is indeed odd, though I had a Vivi Nova which worked on everything except a Vamo. I never found out why and put it down to the contrariness of our gear sometimes! Would never waste a drop of PVC even with three batches of 30ml sitting ready for deployment!

Some mods just don't get on with some atty's for whatever reason .... had a couple of Evods that don't like my SVD but work on everything else but other Evods work perfect on the same device. As perps said I would be tempted to try a different coil .... can't see what else it could be but someone else with a bit more techie knowledge might be able to enlighten us Will try that tomorrow to see if it makes any difference as there isn't much else it could be. Didn't think of that so thanks both for the suggestion. I had an AGR v2 tank that refused to work with a vamo but worked fine with everything else. That soon found its way into the retired drawer.

Got my protank and iclear 30 from FT today. For some reason the protank won't work on my MVP. Every other mod has it working fine. I've tried unscrewing the screw on the bottom of the protank a bit but this hasn't made any change, also tried teasing up the pin on the MVP without any success. Anyone else have any ideas? I haven't really got any ideas other than what you've tried Dicky, other than suggesting to swap the current coil head out and try it with a different one? Are you using it with the beauty ring . . . is there enough airflow? Clutching at straws really. Tried it with and without the beauty ring with no difference. Will try a different coil when I've emptied this tank of PVC! Just a bit odd that it works on everything else fine.

It's all I've used for the last three weeks. Charge it every other night and it never drops off of green. Doesn't get knocked over as much as all my tubular mods either so less chance of knackering a clearo.

Definitely worth it in my eyes. Ordered three to test them out and one receipt ordered another three straightaway and five spare bases for maintenance on the move. Still use Novas now and again but these sit better in my MVP. When I use my vamo it's back to Novas for aesthetics.

The evods from fasstech, are they any good guys, looking at buying some, no leaking or whatever. I've got six which I rotate through the day. Yet to have any leakage issues, although the grommet between the base and the sleeve sometimes squishes out the thread when tightening. A bit of jiggerypokery sorts that. I rewick all of mine before use as the first one I used stock and the wick burnt out extremely quickly.

I have the same set up as stamina. Compliment each other perfectly, although I have found that its best to rewick the FT evods before use. I carry six evods with different flavours, take up less space than Novas as well.

You must have missed Carrie's notification Dicky . . . she was giving 15% up to and including Sunday as well. Just to cheer you up. Yep definitely missed that, have been flat out at work recently so haven't been forum stalking. This is not the news I was looking for. looks like I may have to double up.
