I've already ordered a Cappuccino flavour "because... why not". My brain seems to have accepted the fact I'm not addicted to cigs/rollups but the act of smoking and the nicotine. I really did want everything to be tasting of tobacco for my first order - but when the puffin-eliquid arrived.. and had a kinda... caramel taste to it... and i enjoyed it... " lets go with this! " was my reaction.



Also I can do a few streets now without feeling out of breath!

Well with the thing from Jacvapour, I've had their tobacco flavour that came as default - was ok.. but a bit rubbish. I had the " Virginia " flavour from e-puffin arrive , and though it doesn't taste like tobacco to me... its a really nice taste. So I've ordered a few more from them.

It's costing me more at the moment, but in the long run I can see it costing a lot less.

Thanks for the welcomes, decided it was time to give up smoking... as a postman ( my own postman - so i cant even blame me for late stuff! ) I cant keep stopping to have a puff! Found the chance to move onto something healthier and latched onto it in an instant.

Already feeling the benefits of not smoking on my walk. I'd previously tried the patches, gum etc and it just wasn't 'doing it for me'.  The 'act' of smoking was half the addiction it would seem, I had previously enjoyed the nicorette spray , the minty one you spray into your mouth - although it didn't let me sit there smoking away the way i wanted, so thats probably why I failed in the end there.
